Sterling Inn & Spa

We love all the rooms so far. This was our 10th visit.

Breakfast is usually good, but I wish they would get rid of the hard-boiled egg option. The breakfasts are rotational thru the week and random menu. Once in a while we get stuck with the boiled egg option which is very disappointing after having the better breakfasts they offer. My suggestion just get rid of the boiled egg breakfast.

All the facilities were great. Very comfortable. We liked that it was not right on the falls. It is about a 10 minute walk but it is also not near the touristy stuff so it is nice and quiet.We didn't take advantage of the restaurant or the spa so can't speak to those services.

Not the inns fault but there is a 20+% tourist tax on everything in the Niagara falls area. This is not in any vacation guides I found. There is also a parking fee - 18 a day that we weren't made aware of and a $2 accomodation fee I don't know what that was for. The one thing that was really problematic for us was the 9an call from the front desk asking if we needed house keeping. This woke us up after a late night out. Not fun. The breakfast in bed is nice but light.

The breakfast was very good & showed up on time! I love the steam shower! Fireplace is lovely

No pool only one treadmill & one elliptical besides that I almost had a bad fall outside in the parking lot due to ice, I did make staff aware to put salt down & told them if there is a camera, they'd see how I almost took a bad fall & they need to put salt down immediately, I was not pleased when staff did not ask if I were okay, I had hurt my ankle and thought of filling out an incident report, staff did say he'd let maintenance know right away about the salt but that was it, that was disappointing

The facility was super clean, staff was WONDERFUL! The rooms were spacious and cozy! Breakfast delivered to room every morning. We didn’t have the jacuzzi room but the Steam showers made our stay very spicy and steamy :)

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the bed was not comfortable at all. It was really hard, felt like I was sleeping on a rock. I was in an accident about two weeks before my stay so I was looking forward to resting my body but the bed was rock solid and only made things worse for me personally. My husband slept great though so if you don’t mind a firm bed you will be fine! Thank God for the steam showers because I took a hot shower every morning to help loosen things up. Besides the bed, I have no complaints whatsoever. It was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it!! Thank you Sterling Inn and Spa for a wonderful anniversary stay!! :)

Incredible!! My husband and I booked here for the first time for our first wedding anniversary, and they went above and beyond. We felt so welcomed the moment we walked through the doors to check in, Greg was incredible and so welcoming to us. Our room was beautiful and so big, the beds are comfy. Our second day we had a couples massage which made our experience even better, Steve and Jen were so professional and my husband has never felt better since his massage! My husband and I have decided to make this our yearly trip for our anniversary. I could go on and on with how incredible this hotel is! Hidden gem in Niagara. Perfect location.

Sterling Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. Our journey started off with Greg allowing us to dump our luggage 4 hours before our check in. When we arrived we were upgraded to an unreal room. The room consisted of an amazing tub to soak off the many kilometers walked, a confortable bed and awesome steam shower. The breakast in bed was an amazing way to start each day. Order the extra pastries...just WOW! Finally take advantage of the restaurant AG. It is definitely fine dining but add it to your budget as it is worth every penny. We will be letting everyone know about this gem in Alberta!

We LOVED everything! I booked this place because my aunt and uncle came to visit me, and they wanted to see Niagara Falls. They really care about cleanliness, so I booked this place based on the reviews. I am SO happy I did because we loved the hotel. The staff were amazing, particularly Greg, who made our stay special. The rooms were clean, and they were so attentive, bringing us anything we needed quickly. They even gave us vouchers for a free drink during their welcome hours. The location is great, very close to Clifton Hill. The beds were comfy, and the room was really spacious. There were 3 of us, so we booked a double queen, and it was easily big enough for 4 people. AND THE SHOWER WAS AWESOME! I absolutely loved this place. I would definitely come back here because I also want to try the restaurant next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy.

TV sound is minimal, very difficult to hear. The "enhanced" breakfast was minimum (even though free), I was expecting more, or I can have an option to pay for a better breakfast. We dined at the AG restaurant, almost every staff was LOUD... I can clearly hear four tables away, the guests are traveling form South Korea, and what red wine they ordered. Restaurant background music is weird, too.... adding these together ruining the atmosphere for the entire restaurant. The dining experience was underwhelming. They should get a training on these.

The steam showers were amazing; I want one in my home now. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My wife and I loved the breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning. We loved the spa options on the lower level and the therapeutic massages were worth every penny. The staff were very friendly, accomodating, and attentive. I could mention a million other things but, as a final note, they have the cheapest parking fee of any other place in all of the Niagara Falls tourist area.

Our first room somehow got ants in it, but they immediately upgraded us to a better room and dealt with the issue. The beds were much firmer than I was expecting, but still comfortable. The air handling unit for our room seemed unable to cool the room at all. Even with the fire place set all the way down the temperature was always a little too warm in the room.

Beatiful hotel, close to the falls, casino, and other attractuons. Professional, friendly staff that make you feel welcome. The tea/coffee station in the lobby is a small thing but much appreciated. Just a fantastic stay! Stunning room (Deluxe King Suite), all the amenities (including cell phone stations, mini bar), large and well laid out. The large, 4 poster bed was a center-piece, tastefully made and thr 1mattress was very comfortable. The steam shower is great, plenty of room and a great way to end a day. Romantic, relaxing, didn't want to leave!

Honestly, not a lot to say! A microwave might not be in keeping with the decor but would be nice?
