Everything was good and it clean too

I didn't like that our room didn't had water and pop and juice in the refrigerator and no 24 hour service and breakfast was 6 am 10 they should change time to servings breakfast instead 6 to 10 it should be 6 to 3 for breakfast to be served because for some people can not wake up early in morning and some people like to sleep in when they on vacation and bathtub to small it need change and shower head it need to be change

The renovated room/suite very lovely and perfectly clean. The beds also very comfortable. We turned off the AC in order to have a quiet night. We appreciated that we could turn it off.

1) The IN-ROOM coffee maker--dreadful. The coffee undrinkable. NESPRESSO is our maker of choice and we'll be travelling with our own machine henceforth. 2) Breakfast options--dreadful: all those carbs and all that sugar!!! Poison for the metabolism. The eggs and sausage were also inedible. Please provide PLAIN, UNSWEETENED items, such as YOGHURT and plenty of fruit. 3) The Breakfast room was VERY CROWDED with people shoulder to shoulder. Please re-design and/or offer to send breakfast up to the rooms to alleviate crowding. We took what we wanted and returned to our room.

Like? Location. Decent room with basic amenities. 24-hr coffee in breakfast room.

Dislike? Nothing really, although the in-room coffee maker wasn't cooperating at first. And the "best" breakfast was lacking hot foods... boiled eggs the only protein... no scrambled eggs... or bacon... or meat of any kind. Just the basic continental type breakfast items. Nice hostess though. Didn't care for the driveway in front of the hotel being used by local traffic to cut corners which made the driveway cautiously awkward to be around as some vehicles didn't appear to be concerned with pedestrians there!

Room very clean, nice style. Check in and out very easy. Mattress very comfortable.

Room poorly lit…we arrived at night and could hardly see to unpack. If there was overhead lighting, we coukdnt find it. Bed was very high. I am short (5’2”) and have some mild mobility issues…but have never had trouble getting into a bed. This was a bit of a challenge. Difficult to figure out how to get into hotel from road.

Location was great, had a nice view of blue mountain from our room, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Room was clean, even had a microwave if needed. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants within walking distance.

Really hard to get into... need a sign outside their driveway. Pulled into the Home Depot parking lot by accident, and again another plaza ... An early check in option would be good, but worked out good anyway.

A lot of space, the cleanliness, the floor ( no carpet ), the elavator, the emplacement (Tim Hortons's just behind, Metro, Wal-Mart), the products Dove (soaps), the beds are confortable.

The pool, just because some people was drunk and unpleasant. The breakfast continental was I little bit deceving , not a lof of choice. The breakfast room is too small ( a lot of affluence in the morning ). The internet connexion has horrible.

Room was clean, looked and smelt freshly renovated, had a nice pool and hot tub. Staff was helpful.

Lighting in the room wasn't very good, only one wall light that made a weird buzzing noise and the rest were floor lamps, plus the room only had one window that didn't even open to get to renovation smell out. Breakfast selection was okay, only had one hot option, and only had plain bagels with plain cream cheese, definitely could've had more options.

Location is perfect. Central to many things. Convenient to have a Metro in walking distance to be able to get anything needed. Breakfast was better than I expected. It’s more than a continental breakfast. We will definitely be back.

The only concern I had is the breakfast eating area is too small for the size of the hotel. Not enough seats for majority of the people and we, along with others, had to wait for a table. Also we had to clean the table ourselves. Would have been nice if someone could go around and wipe the tables after someone leaves.

Staff are really nice, room is big enough for us, breakfast is good. coffee is unlimited... bed is comfortable so as the sofa.. the spa is great and the swimming pool is good too... hotel is walking distance to Metro, Tims Hortons, Starbucks.. :D.. Place is near Sunset Point Beach, Blue Mountain Village and Scenic Caves too :)

elevator is making a loud noise when we use it... makes us laugh and nervous at the same time :D ....our bath tub is somewhat clogged. whenever we shower, it takes time for the water to go down the drain. Our fridge needs some cleaning because the freezer has full of thick ice and we can not put anything on it.. and with the TV.. we just wish there is free Netflix like some other hotel :) one more thing.. for us, the pillows are too thick/big for comfort, we were not able to use it cause we are having stiff neck when we use it so we decided to just leave it at the sofa instead, in short, we end up sleeping without pillows... :D

Very close and convenient to all the major super markets & restaurant. Tim Hortons and matro super market is just front of this facility... Most of the attraction locations are with 10 to 12 KM distance from Days inn. Nice and clean place with free parking.. Would like to visit again.

The breakfast time is good but space wasn't enough...Waited for more than 15 minutes to get a table.
