The mattresses were SOOO comfortable!!! Loved the kitchenette area with small selection of dinnerware, nice big sink and fairly big fridge. TONS of storage space and loved how the table with wheels pulled up to the couch for generous dining space. Also very nice feature was the included charging power cords that come out of the base of the bedside lamp...a couple for androids, tablets, etc, and another for iphones/ipads. Very nice!!!Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of sweet and savory, hot and cold selections. Nice indoor pool. Stayed here with my family of 6. I highly recommend and would most definitely stay again. Great location to Toronto with a more affordable price point than staying in the city.

We did not have a blanket for the pull-out bed. We asked for one, but the facility seemed to be out of blankets that evening. Our room also did not have enough towels for our family of 6. Not deal breakers, but something that might be improved upon for later guests.

The property was easy to find and access. The room was huge and very much like an apartment. The staff went above and beyond for us at check in. It was our first stay and it was only one night but they treated us like we were regulars..

Parking was tight and I wish breakfast was on a little longer than 9:30am. But I did notice that someone came down after the breakfast hours were finished (approx. 20min)and they closed the curtain and they allowed them to eat.

I made the booking in January and then read some reviews touching on what the reviewers perceived to be negatives. I did not see this in any aspect of our stay. It was a very comfortable stay. Location was okay, it is not downtown Toronto or even Brampton - and this is reflected in the price. It was very clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was the standard hotel offering, but well worth it. Staff were friendly, respectful and keen to help. Ultimately, a good stay and I’ll happily stay again.

Not a word of complaint.

The main bed was very comfortable and even the pull out couch was quite comfortable. The space in the room was nice compared to other hotels. It was convenient to have the kitchen facilities in the room. The shower was great and some family members really liked the smell of the shower gel.

The breakfast was a bit of a let down. We had heard there were waffles and we were looking forward to that. We also expected bacon or sausages. There were no muffins or other breakfast pastries that I expected. What was there was ok but not great. Our shower gel was nearly empty so most people couldn’t use it. Everything else was great.

We stayed for five nights with a family of four in a studio: the room and the beds were comfortable, the hotel is well equipped, the breakfast was also good. The airport is nearby, Toronto and other attractions (Niagara etc.) are within easy driving distance.

The windows cannot be opened, there is only air-conditioning.

The room was very large, updated, and clean. The staff were friendly as we walked by the front desk. Good price and good location. The pool and gym were closed due to COVID restrictions, so we couldn't use those.

Our room (which was wheelchair accessible, but not by choice) was right beside the elevators and the ice machine. It was very noisy due to people coming in and out of that area. The door kept banging against the door frame accompanied by a howling noise because of the draft. If you get that room, ask for another one! Due to COVID restrictions, our breakfast was boxed. It was just okay.

Location to CAA Arena was great, and just off the 410 so lots places to eat and go. The room was amazing, full fridge and kitchen, large bathroom and bed area. Amazing amenities. Staff was amazing as well

We had asked for an early check in but hotel was not able to comply, however they did stow our belongings for us until a room was ready. Very helpful staff.

We were celebrating our Anniversary and wanted a get away. It was very quiet and peaceful and we were unbothered during our stay. The room was clean, beautiful and well laid out. The pillows and the bed were extremely comfy! The curtain kept so much light out, we could sleep in every day. The kitchenette was also perfect. The staff were friendly and the man who checked us in was very friendly and engaging. Check out was quick and easy.

There wasn't much to dislike. The only inconvenient thing was that the trash and recycle bins were small. We filled our trash cans pretty quickly. I understand the new produre of reduced cleanings as I assume this is to protect your staff and reduce possible exposures. At the time, I didn't know I could call the desk and request to have our trash changed.

Breakfast was OK, not superior or exceptional.

The rooms were not cleaned daily. This was disappointing that we had to make our own beds, after spending $200+, nightly. Also, staff should be available during breakfast for cleaning tables, etc. We're still in a pandemic, and when one family vacate a table, another family moved right in, using the dirty space. We had to clean up every single time.

The decorations were quite nice, the facility appeared new and well maintained. All areas were clean and well kept.

That we could not access the stairs to go up. There were stairs we could use to come down, but they were behind a locked door to go up. We asked staff and they were not about to answer why this would be. The breakfast was the same each morning; some variety would have been nice.
