Dockside Motel

The ferry is literally next door. Could not have asked for a better location after a full day of travel. The ferry however was cancelled, then rescheduled. We were fast asleep so did not know it was rescheduled. The cleaning crew banged on our door to wake us up and let us know that it was going. We were very appreciative of this!!!

The nest place to stay right next to the ferry. With the ferry timing being changed and or cancelled this is as close as you can get to the ticking office. Very comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Right opposite to a convenience store & petrol station which is handy. The restaurant has simple home style food.

Excellent Location near the ferry to Labrador. The room had everything one would need for an overnight. Good to have friendly restaurant attached.

Though not the motels fault, there was a “Boil Water” restriction which was inconvenient. Hotel supplied bottled drinking water

it was nice a cozy after a long 10hr drive. The hotel staff was awesome. also, it’s located right at the ferry dock which is a bonus.

Not that I didn’t like, but I would recommend exhaust fans in the bathrooms due to steam from showering. lots of moisture after the fact and later down the road it will cause damage to the interior.

Pefect location at the Labrador ferry terminal. We had a cabin which was a few hundred meters from tje ain building. 2 bedroom, spacious and well equipped. Superb for us and more than expected!

All was good. Night staff could be given a few more towels in case of need OR cabins could be equipped with more than 2 bath towels for a 2 BDRM unit.

The reception staff was great! We stayed in cabin 12, and it was very cute and quiet. We stayed 2 nights because we were making a day trip to Labrador and enjoyed our room. I would have enjoyed a cup of tea rather than coffee, but not a deal breaker!

Restaurant attached to the motel was convenient, particularly since there were not any other obvious options in this small town. The Labrador ferry terminal was located in the motel building, another tremendous convenience.

For the price we paid the motel should have provided breakfast without additional charge.

There was a restaurant attached. A convenience store across the street and a trail to walk.

The staff at cheque in wasn't overly friendly. Not rude. Just not overly welcoming. The morning staff at checkout were much more friendly

Spacious double room with private toilet and a place to make coffee. Easy and fast check-in. Easy to park the car and the ferry registration office it's just around the corner. Stable Internet connection as a plus.

room was nice, comforatble and clean at good price

nothing bad to say about room but only issue i had is that i could hear the foot traffic in hallway outside room, during night was woke up few times by people just walking down hall (they were not overally loud just very easy to hear)
