Breakfast choices were limited but good variety just the same. Coffee was excellent and our server was very attentive and professional. Portions were just right. Pricing is right where it should be. Lobby was spectacular as were the stairs and hallways. Very apparent that a lot of attention to detail went into the design and construction of this hotel. Well done!

We drove from the 7:00 PM ferry in Port-aux-Basques and arrived just after 9:00 PM. It was a bit of a rush to get to the dining room before closing. Not sure how many "boat people" reservations there are but it might be a consideration to stay open until 11:00 PM. My only real complaint was the limited choice of cable channels, particularly CNN. News junkies need CNN and/or MSNBC.

Not only were they pet friendly but they we PRO pets, that’s a huge difference and it’s SOOOOO appreciated. We had to pick up our rescue in cornerbrook and they were super excited for us and gave us dog treats, offered a dog bed. We also had a beautiful supper made by the restaurant and such a yummy breakfast in the morning. Very much impressed with the property. Everyone was so nice. Definitely worth the $$.

Water pressure could have been better

The breakfast was amazing! The absolute best continental breakfast ive ever experienced! The room was exceptionally bright and meticulously clean! The pillows and beds were above my expectations! And the rooftop lounge area and hot tubs were icing on the cake!!! Such a great stay- i will definitely return!!!

Disappointed that, although breakfast was included in our room rate, the restaurant was not open early enough before we needed to depart for the ferry. Furthermore, room service was not available either, even though we requested it the night before. The takeout breakfast was okay but limited to a single option.

Open the dining room for breakfast early enough for guests who are heading to the ferry.

The property itself & layout of the hotel is exceptional Location was even better! It was excellent for our newborn & golden retriever! They both enjoyed their stay as much as we did. & the food was incredible!

Our only issue was. The labels on the toiletries in the shower were washed off so we had a hard time deciphering which was shampoo & which was body wash! BUT that was our only issue. Everything else was remarkable. For our expanding family we couldn’t of asked for better service. Staff were very genuine & down to earth as well! We would gladly stay there again! & plan to come back

Boutique hotel with modern yet rustic accents, Scandinavian-style. Cool roof top patio and hot tubs. Beautiful original artwork in the hallways. Delicious complimentary breakfast and even room service. Restaurant with great food and brewpub on the ground floor.

Elevator was broken Night Agent when we arrived May 4 seemed a bit discombobulated. She forgot to tell us what time was check out

Breakfast was delicious and a good portion. Loved the central location of the hotel within the areas we were travelling to. Loved our visit to Corner Brook and the areas we were able to explore.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Loved the style of the room. Restaurant was awesome and have a beautiful roof top patio. The French pressed coffee in the morning was a great bonus. Walking trails near the hotel are nice for a little exploring. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

Terrific location - close to a lot of amenities. Very streamlined modern decor. Lots of natural light and enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. Loved the French press and Gros Morne coffee. Really liked the East Coast toiletries. Loved the breakfast that was included - very tasty and a nice perk with the room. Will recommend this place to others.

A little sparse on supplies in the room (no hairdryer, no extra roll of tp, no tissues available, only one creamer in the fridge for coffee).

Excellent hotel. The building is very modern and nicely maintained. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was also very good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.
