Chalet Inn

Location was very central. We were able to walk to stores. Parking was right outside the room which was good for transferring suitcases and cooler. Restaurant was across the parking lot and seemed quite busy, although we did not try it. Attempted to go for breakfast on Wednesday but they were closed! It was great to have an air conditioner in the room as it was warm the week we were there.

Parking area could have been a bit cleaner. There was a sock beside our car for 2 days until we removed it.

We showed up to a spiffy clean and tidy room that had a new bed after a 13.5 hour drive and it was exactly what I needed to see. The people on the motel staff were super accommodating and full of smiles. The restaurant was great and complied with health regulations without a hitch as well the food was surprisingly fantastic for a family restaurant but really, the true treasure of the place is the people... I just can't speak enough on this component, every single person we met at the place was accommodating, professional and incredibly friendly. We were scouting the area to decide about moving up there and this place made a huge impression on us. We will be regular customers on the restaurant when we get up there and when friends and family visit, this will be where we set them up.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great location as it's quiet and off the main road! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. For an older style Inn, it's a defanite must for any weary traveller. Plus the breakfast at the Chalet Inn restaurant is the best!

The TV frustrated the hubby. But it was funny. Hahaha

I don’t know about the breakfast, it was in the restaurant next door but as it didn’t open till nine, we went to another place to get breakfast.

The staff were very accommodating as I broke/sprained my ankle on my motorcycle when I got to Kitimat. They got our room ready ahead of the check-in time, gave us extra towels, bags for ice packs and let us check out 3 hours late late until our taxi picked us up. the room was clean and the bed was excellent.

was all good nice friendly staff reception quick check in a mountain view great fresh breakfast 5$ off coupon used it well thank you and will likely pass through there again someday.

improve the shampoos conditioners the soap bar was ok maybe softer toilet paper

very quiet, staff where outstanding, very helpful, my room was clean spacious and comfortable. complimentary breakfast unfortunately I wasn’t able to partake, but if your looking for a nice place to stay, don’t look any further, excellent value without breaking the bank.

I mean, it's a small town, its near the main and only small mall and the awesome brewery, you can walk to the restaurant next door under heavy rain or snow no problems.

Amazing motel! Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Rooms are recently renovated, very comfy big beds. Complimentary bottles of water in the office and a hot breakfast is included with your stay. The restaurant is also very good for dinner. Very, very affordable. Will definitely stay here during future trips!

The staff was friendy, competent and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious as was other meals at the cute resturant in site. Great location in town and lovely park and view right beside the motel. It was an older motel but clean and had nice updates. You could tell someone it taking great care of it.
