The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful,easy to talk to, informative, welcoming, Amy at front desk was warm and made you feel welcome. Complimentary breakfast was hot, tasty fast and good. HOT tub was hot, good size, deep and clean. Lots of hot water and clean accomodations. Room had enough lights, was bright and clean. Had a fridge and microwave. I like it when you have direct access from your own door to get to your vehicle. Also you have your own door to inside to access rest of hotel without going outside. Room doors had security locks for safety.

My stay was GREAT !!!!

I enjoyed our stay very much! The room was perfect and did feel like a King Suite room for its price. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that we were able to comfortably watch TV while relaxing in bed. The amenities were also amazing, I was surprised to see how big the pool room was. We had lots of fun, thank you!

I didn’t like the fact that I had a hard time connecting my laptop to the hotel’s internet. We could also here noises from the cars parked outside as well as some footsteps and thuds from surrounding rooms meaning that the soundproofing is not good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, there were a lot of amenities for a very low price. The free hot breakfast was a very welcome surprise. The pool was excellent, and although I didn't end up using it, it was cool to see there was a gym available to guests

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and it was very noisy, but that wasn't a shock due to the circumstances of a lot of people having to be displaced there due to wildfires

We really in joyed being on the ground floor close to the pool having little children made it convenient for us. We felt that we got are full moneys Worth for the amount of time we spent in the pool and on the waterside and the Quality of the complementary breakfast was great.

Nothing sticks out about not liking the experience. Thank you. If anything the hot tub was a little to hot for the family but I’m sure great for others

The room was clean and spacious. Nothing fancy but as a motel for the price I paid it was beyond expectations. The breakfast was much better than the average fast food style stuff you get with most continental breakfasts. Fresh made bacon/sausages, eggs cooked to request. Server was super nice!

Considering the price there really wasn't anything I didn't like.

The staff are the nicest, most down for earth, helpful people. We were so pleased to be treated so well. The waterslide was hours of fun for our children. Breakfast was complimentary consisting of a scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown and toast of choice. Very lovely. Rooms were very clean, which says a lot these days!!

Pool steps could use some TLC. Lots of scrapes.

The wifi was very fast. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were plush. The room was clean. Our room was conventiently location directly across from the restaurant entrance and the pool entrance, so i loved that. The staff were friendly. We got a voucher for a complimentay breakfast. I wasn't expecting a lot of food as it was free but the portions were great and it was a full breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast and hashbrowns). Overall i was very happy with my stay and if I am ever in Lloydminster for the night I will stay here again.

It was great, no dislikes.

The room is clean, staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. We didn't have time to try the pool, but it looks really fun. We stayed during a bad snow storm, and the room was nicely warm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

The fridge in the room was a bit noisy during night.

exceptional staff and hospitality... a bit out dated but for the price, could not go wrong i was glad to be near front desk, some sketchy people were outside in the parking lot area..

it was outdated, but again for the price, and quick able to get a room, it was good

How quiet it was throughly the night and day. Granted, not the hotels fault if it is noisy but first time in a while we didn’t hear any noise as we slept.

The hallway had a bad stench to it and turned out there was 2, not sealed garbage bags in the hallway which were the culprits. Again, not the hotels fault. I believe it was whomever was in the room at the time.
