Best Western Premier Plovdiv Hills

We loved the service, staff, location, breakfast and everything. The best hotel in my 20 year travel history. We had a suite on 5th floor with 2 bed-rooms and a living room. It was perfect flat for a family with 3 children. The best was the electric car charging facility, We enjoyed everything in there, it was sadly a short stay but we loved everything. Literally the best hotel I have been within this range of price.

The hotel is spotless, the staff is friendly and competent (a rare find). Great value for money. I'm impressed that in the breakfast buffet there was vegan milk. :) It's great that you thought about that. I loved that they told upfront about a construction happening on the street they're located at. We were able to get around with their sent instructions.

I'm taking 2 points of my overall score, because on the second night there was a party/celebration in the restaurant and we couldn't sleep from the loud music, despite being accomodated on the 4th floor. I don't want to imagine what it was on the 2nd floor. Having loud music until 22h is fine, but after that it's a complete terror to guests that want to rest. To the hotel manager - if you host parties/celebrations, please consider the guests in the hotel and how will they be able to rest.

Everything was really good. From the check-in until the check-out. Modern rooms, with a very nice bathroom. Awesome and comfortable mattress. The TV worked with screen mirror, we could use Netflix, for example for the phone. Breakfast was continental, really complete with food from Bulgaria also. There was parking, free of charge on the hotel garage. At the time, they closed the restaurant in the facilities but got a discount to go to the restaurant next door. 2 mins walk from a big supermarket and less than 10 minutes from the historical center. A taxi to the historical center would be 5lev or less.

We don't have anything to report that didn't went according to expectations.

We liked the room a lot, and the facilities! Lovely that we had access to the gym. The breakfast was lovely, and the variety was great. Everything was very tasty, and we had a great start to the day. We enjoyed the staff as well.

We did not like the fact that there was no parking space for our car. We had to park our car at the gas station nearby, where we felt that it was not quite safe. The location is not very central, so if you need to visit Plovdiv´s old town you need to get a taxi or drive there on your own. Otherwise, it would take some time walking there. Last but not least, there was a dog in one of the rooms on our floor. The dog was barking every time there was someone in the hallway, and we could hear it. We were thus woken up by the dog a few times during the night. This was not a really pleasant part of our stay, as we needed some peace and quiet after a long trip by plane to Sofia and a drive to Plovdiv during the evening before checking in.

We were three and a very comfortable suite on the top floor and a panoramic view over the six hills of Plovdiv. The Appartment is equipped with everything you need. The breakfast offers a lot of fresh and different food.

The location is a little bit off the center, if you got your own car no problem. Parking is available in front of the entrence.

Room was clean and I’m happy that air conditioner was already on when we enter our room. Free parking was great opportunity as many other hotels doesn’t offer it. wi-fi connection was also good we had no problem. yes, it’s not close to city center and shops but we were aware of it and it wasn’t an issue for us. we arrived to center with 5 minutes drive/or 30-35 minutes by walking. location is probably more suitable for bussiness trips as plovdiv fair center is just nearby. all stuff was friendly and we are pleased with our stay

We made the reservation a few days before the visit based on the good opinions and recommendations of previous hotel guests. And we looked for a hotel with free parking. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the receptionist is welcoming, the room is large and clean, there is a coffee set in the room, the view from the floor we got was beautiful. The breakfast was rich, a buffet, and the service was excellent. We should especially mention the receptionist named Ali who went to the trouble of finding us a taxi to the city during rush hour

The hotel is about 2 km from the old city. We preferred to take a taxi rather than our car, it cost us about 6 BGN. But the quality of the hotel makes up for this shortcoming

Excellent service:effective interaction with the reception desk,lobby,restaurant.Each member of the staff was genially welcoming and willing to help on any matter:room service,ironing,ordering taxi,searching for smoking areas.The breakfast was fresh and varied,the kitchen menu was a combination of great food quality and prices:we ordered coffee,a chocolate vegan cake and a pizza and all was delicious.It shows the staff puts special effort and is interested in guests coming back. The room was clean,water and all the necessary items like toothpaste/brush were complementary.Stable Internet connection. The location isn’t exactly the heart of the city but for those who enjoys moving it’s a 30 mins walking distance,15 mins with public transportation or taxi.Kaufland and other restaurants are next door.

We had a slight tech issue connecting our Netflix account to the TV(mirroring didn’t work for IOS).We didn’t ask staff for help though,might be something temporary.

Everything was great, modern and clean. The staff were quite helpful and went out of their way to satisfy a couple of extra requests. They have plant milk and for my stomach that was excellent. The only downside of the hotel is that it doesn't have a pool or a place to lie down outside and enjoy the sun, but nevertheless the rest is quite good.

The hotel gym was rather simple, but there was not an issue because there are many decent first class gyms in the town which are quite affordable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response time. Great buffet style breakfast, better than what would expect from the advertisement. Noise insulation is acceptable. Great options for lunch in the hotel restaurant. Clean room and bathroom. EV charger and parking very close to the hotel entrance. Affordable prices on everything.

Both times we stayed in this hotel there was an odd smell of marijuana in the room as if coming from the AC or ventilation maybe. The smell lingers even if the window is left open for a while. It’s not unbearable but definitely noticeable and unpleasant, however fortunately it doesn’t stick to your clothes.
