Great location, room was very comfy, breakfast was well served, pool was working. Service in the desk and check in were outstanding. Employees were gentle, friendly, doing more than was needed. a big cheers for them.

Furniture was outdated in the rooms, which did not match much with the essence of the hotel. At the bar, the employee working there did not show much of experience making drinks. That was a down size because we received friends in the lobby.

the room furnishings and furniture were old … old wobbly lamp … totally worn out sofa and other little bits and pieces need fixing and refurbishing, not to mention an ugly stain in the carpet outside our room, which for me doesn’t meet the standards of a premium hotel.

Outstanding location. Friendly Staff. Breakfast is very organized in two different rooms (the room located in the lobby is more pleasant, but the room on the second floor is larger and more spacious)

Bathrooms need refurbishment. Very old towels. One of the towels ripped off while I was drying myself. The water glasses were never replaced for new ones. I spent four days using the same glasses.

The location is great, in one of the safest and nicest areas of São Paulo. The swimming pool offers an incredible view, and it is warmed so you can take a swim anytime. The room was nice and offered the comfort I expected. Awesome ratio quality/price

The hotel it’s very central, there’s plenty of restaurants around in weekdays. Also nice bars and clubs are only 7min away by car. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

It’s located in a business area, so during weekdays it’s quite noisy because of helicopters lending at the top of buildings nearby.

The room was comfortable, spacious, well furnished and clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There was a great view from the city through the big window. There are a lot of facilities around the hotel, like restaurants, pubs, mall, barber shop and banks

The beverages into the frigobar was warm.

Very well located, Vila Olimpia shopping nearby, Fleury laboratory two minutes walking to take PCR if you are traveling, 15 minutes walk from Ibirapuera Park, a spectacular view of Faria Lima avenue, very close to the main business offices and also excellent service. Also many restaurants and bars nearby
