Check in was easy, staff spoke English and were friendly. We paid for parking and loved that they would bring our car up to us and park it as and when we came and went. We loved that we were across the road from the waterfront and it super close the the mall and many restaurants. The breakfast was great every morning and there were lots of options. My kids loved the wee play room available to use. The room was spacious for a family of four. We loved the roof top pool and the view was amazing.

perfect location to get around in the town, breakfast was amazing - from sweets to sour everything needed. The check-in was very easy and staff extremely helpful and forthcoming!
The interior of the rooms needs some updates. The overly use of plastic (even in corona times) was confusing (freshly washed towels, even the remote control), I guess it would be enough to put a sign that cleaning service was done according to hygiene standards (but maybe a brazilian thing)

I loved the staff. My room was lovely and clean, the location was great! I enjoyed the breakfast and getting to rest here every day. The pool and gym were modern and comfortable.
The absolute only thing I did not appreciate at ALL was the amount of plastic used in the hotel. In the bathroom, breakfast restaurant, it was insane!! I think it's Brazilian pandemic protocols though. Very off-putting and disappointing.

Fantastic location, easy access everywhere. Nice & clean rooms, friendly staff members. Breakfast was very good, special mention to Mr. Cesar who was a wonderful host and made sure everyone was happy!
Not a deal breaker, just wondered why there was no ceiling lights in the room, all lights are lateral and via lampshade.

I love the sea view room, the room was really cozy and super clean, the toilet was great with a proper shower. The breakfast has a good variety and good quality. The staff was really polite and nice.
Fridges are a bit noisy at night, this is the only negative thing I could say.
