City Hotel Mostar

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, my hotel stay was pleasant, but I believe the breakfast service could use some improvements. The staff was friendly, but the options were limited and lacked variety. It would have been great to see more choices and fresh, healthier options available.

Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was also clean and quiet hotel. The garage is free of charge and great because there is a lift directly to the rooms abd reception. The location of the hotel is great - close to the center but in a quiet area. Mostar is a beautiful town and I am always very excited to visit it again.

In my opinion breakfast needs an improvement. Especially coffee machine because the coffee was really not good. I know that usually coffees at coffee machines are not very good but this can be better. Also, the beds could be more comfortable. All in all, this points did not diminish our experience which was very good.

Easily the biggest hotel room I've stayed in. Good breakfast. Good value for a 4 star hotel. 24 hour check in. In the summer, buses to Mostar from Croatia will most often be late due to the high season, so the availability for a late check in was great and really saved us.

Hotel had drinks for sale and didn't take card payments, while restaurants and supermarkets in town took cards. Surprising for a 4 star hotel. A bit far from the old town. 30 minute walk away.

The staff was very lovely and helpful. Due to a mishap we needed to leave our suitcases after checkout and they kindly agreed to keep these safe for us, which we really appreciated. They called a taxi for us and and went over and beyond to take care of us.

The rooms did not have a kettle/coffee machine, iron/iron board. However, they do offer a laundry service and can iron your close at a cost depending on the garment(s). I paid for the service but the quality of the laundry service was poor. Although the rooms were none smoking one of our rooms smelled of cigarettes and the smell was very strong.

This place has wonderful, very spacious rooms. If the room faces out (not into the courtyard), the views are breathtaking. The staff was really friendly in an easygoing way—very refreshing. It’s actually located right by the bus station (not loud or busy) so it’s super convenient if one wants a quick trip to a nearby town. And there are restaurants and cafes right by the hotel, so it’s easy to find good food. The staff is super friendly—our Saturday night receptionist was so helpful late into the night—I’m very grateful to her for being so professional and accommodating.

It’s not right by the old town which actually isn’t even that bad because the walk there is about 30 min or a cab ride is $2 - $3.

This non-branded hotel has the same quality as good branded ones. Spacious, clean and marvelous staff made my stay absolutely briliant. Room was clean, spacious, with great air conditioning, view and also fast WiFi. Delicious breakfast with omelette for personalised order and indoor parking. Since I am traveling seriously a lot, this is the hotel what I want to back. Thank you for having me there.

Actually there was nothing bad or something I can hardly find to complaint about. Distance to the downtown was quite far but doesn't matter according to amazing service there.

Very close to the West bus station for late busses from Croatia with 24 hour reception. Electronic entry. Very helpful and nice staff. Fairly good breakfast in the morning and a huge room. The hotel itself is very big for this area. Everything worked fine and the hotel more than met my needs at a good price point.

The room was a little too big for my tastes. There was no plug in close to the bed for charging.

The hotel is clean, comfortable bed & breakfast is great.

The staff here don't seem happy. They lack a welcoming attitude & that didn't change on our 3 night stay. No knowledge or help on this beautiful place & everything seems an effort. As well seasoned traveller's this hotel needs to educate their staff. Friendliest were the cleaning staff 😊

Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was really nice and big. Really nice, modern and clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. Very spacious rooms with a nice bathroom.

The only problem was a location, if you are there to walk everywhere, it's about 30 minutes' walk to the old town Mostar, so we had to take a car and find parking somewhere in the town.

great hotel, comfy rroms, good value for the money. The breakfas was good and more than enough. THe staff was nice and the serveces were OK. There are some retaurants and cafes in the complexum. Overall it was a nice stay in the hotel. There is underground privte parking garage!!!

Not really negative, just as an info: it is a little bit outside of the classic downtown of Mostar. Still walking distance, but a godd 30 minutes walk.
