Hotel Bajazzo

The location was close to transport, metro station, tram and buses, some restaurants and Hofer supermarket close by also approximately 15 mins walk to several tourist attractions such as St Stephens Cathedral, Hofberg Palace, Rathaus. The Hotel room was small - but that was expected as it is Europe - quiet and very clean, breakfast was more than adequate, with juices, cereal, eggs, cheeses and a selection of meats and antipasto, bread, jams fresh fruit and tea or coffee. There is a lift and the staff were very happy and helpful with a 24 hour reception, would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff

A separate shower as it is difficult for older people to have to climb into and out of the bath to shower.

The breakfast room was an enjoyable room to be in. The variety of food available was excellent

I couldn't get the television to work. The windows were difficult to close because of the amount of curtain.

Excellent accommodation, warm environment! The location was perfect. Really close to the city center and all the sightseeing. Close to metro and tram as well! Breakfast was also extremely good, with fresh products. The room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed as well. All the girls in reception were very kind and willing to help with everything I needed. When I come back to Vienna I will definitely choose this Hotel.

Location was good, near tram and U-ban station. Breakfast was excellent. Room and bathroom was specious but walls of room could be refurbished. Also room was very quiet, no disturbing sounds. Close proximity to Peruvian cuisine/bar should be mentioned as bonus.

In general everything was fine. Need for refurbishing of walls is small matter comparing to specious rooms and cleanliness.

The hotel is very well placed in a safe area at a few minutes walking to metro, tram and bus. Billa, Bipa, Hofer at around 200m. Only 10 min by tram no.1 to Burgring and 10 min by metro to Stephan Plaz. Easy to arrive by tram 1 or by metro to Prater too. Good and various breakfast for 3*. Kind staff, very clean room and a very comfortable bed, with good pillows and pilota.

The staff was simply amazing, never have I ever receive this quality of service. I had bought a meal but it had become cold, a staff member let me cook it in their staff room. Once the internet was out and the staff members went to great lengths to get it back on. They are wonderful people, always welcoming and sharing their Best selves with you, I'm for sure going to keep going back there everytime I'm in Vienna. The cost was incredible for the quality of the room and the size of th buffet ( I ate till I was pleasantly full). Not to mention that it was well situated too! Beautiful and clean hotel room with daily room service if you desire. I thank all of the staff member for welcoming me so wonderful and I wish you the same when you come to my country in Canada. There's nothing I didn't like of this hotel.

Very convenient location, close to u-bahn, tram station and supermarket. Very nice and helpful staff. The laundromat didn't provide washing powder. She gave more than enough for the laundry. Decent price. I could use the spare space inside the fridge for fruits and water.

The temperature was around 20 degree at night, the room was still hot although I opened the windows and turned on the fans. One of the shower sliding doors was partly broken.

Nice room for sleep, comfortable bed, minibar. Good breakfast in the morning that served from 7 am till 10, so you can plan your morning as you wish. Good location close to city center(5-10 minutes walk) and metro station (2-3 minutes walk)

Really bad soundproof in the room. I heard everything happened in the hall and neighbor rooms, every door closes, steps, etc, so if was little uncomfortable to sleep. So bring your earbuds or use earphones as I did. But still it's good chose for it's cost.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Swiss Airline lost my luggage and it was not located and returned for sometime. The staff were all aware that the airline once found would be delivering the bag to the hotel. The staff continued to follow up with the airline until it was finally located. The location is excellent with the Underground U4 very close. Only a short walk to restaurants and a couple stops on the U4 to be in the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Thanks to everyone there for great hospitality. I would stay there again.

This hotel was good value for money for a stay in Vienna. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and about 15 minutes walk to St Stephens Cathedral. Room comfortable and hotel located in a quiet area. Staff on reception were friendly.

Breakfast was OK but probably could be better. Fresh croissants would have been nice rather than packet ones. However I would stay here again.
