very convenient at thw airport. we only stayed during the day for a long lay-over. very efficient checkin terminal for self checkin. we were allowed to check in early at 12.00 already (were leaving at 19.00 again). very clean. small room but good enough. nice, clean bathroom.

we had a door to an adjacent hotel room. The door was locked but you could easily hear everything from the next room. Not very good insulation. we didnt stay overnight but that could habe been wuite disturbing. we could hear the TV as if it was on in our room. we checked with the neighbour, their TV wasnt turned up very loud. so maybe insist on a room without a door to the next.

After a shock on the bus station in the city of Graz i couldn't get any information of the taxi service to take me to the hotel i finally arrived to the hotel more by chance then plan trip , i met wonderful person on reception who help me with the booking the flight ticket and told me haw to get to the airport so early in the morning Thank you for that again

New hotel, very clean, close to airport and highway. It is located behind a private apartment building and shares the entrance and parking garage (has private dedicated guest parking very close to entrance outside and parking in garage near elevator). Would recommend for quick visit, business travelers, or others looking for easy quick stay near highway or airport. It is clean, nice lobby with bar and seating area (limited hours). We arrived while the reception was still open, so we didn’t experience the automated check-in, but it looks well marked. Reception was friendly and very helpful, call ahead if you have any questions. We book a family room, which ended up being 2 connected rooms, worked great for us. Traveled with 2 small children, would recommend if you need a clean easy to access hotel in this area. The neighborhood is near airport and a bit industrial, but we walked to the nearby hot pizza restaurant and had some great pizza.

Entrance is a bit confusing, but instructions were clear. Phone mapping took us to the wrong road, but we quickly figured it out. If lost, just realized google or Apple Maps might not be accurate yet, it is a newer hotel.

Contactless check-in works perfectly, allowing access to hotel easily and outside of reception desk hours. Hotel is very close to reach from Graz airport, a 10 minute walking distance. Not so great when the weather is bad, though, then a taxi is needed for what is probably a two minute drive.

Forms waiting to be filled in after arriving in the room, asking for additional data and confirmation that proof of vaccination was provided, even though there was no possibility to provide such proof. Noisy construction taking place next to the hotel (as of Aug 21), starting as early as 6:30am.

The staff is nice, and it's near the airport, which is convenient if you're staying the night to take a flight on the next day. Room is comfortable enough for the price.

The access from the airport on foot is confusing, would be nice to have some signs pointing to the hotel. Breakfast could be better.

Room services based around Alexa...which did not work in our room. Reception said there had been problems with system and they offered a room swap, but we were already unpacked and only 1 night so we just ignored the problem (which was small)

very nice and excellent line up breakfast. it was very good taste and i really enjoyed with nice breakfast. you can start from very nice day with this breakfast.

i checked in at 23:30 and used the checkin machine, but could not find my reservation. But, hotel staff already checked in instead my arrangement. i would appreciate in advance to inform me such operation.

Easy access to the Graz airport. Automated night check-in. Close to a train station. Nice view (the airport and train station)

The interface for the night check-in wasn't a good experience. A bit far from the airport with large luggages.

Great location for an early flight from the airport. Quiet comfortable rooms with A/C. Easy relaxed bar lounge and friendly staff.

Only better signage from airport to find the hotel would be helpful.
