Spinifex Hotel

I booked here so I can go swimming in the pool as that was my plan for the afternoon which I was so looking forward to. Then when I went swimming, I wad only in there for less than 10 minutes and go told that the pool was getting treated, the sign fell off the gate. Wish they could of organised to get the pool treated another day, spoilt my afternoon. Also wanted to use the washing machine to wash my swimming clothes and towel, but couldn't get it working.

It catered well with accommodation and most of the staff were friendly.

When we let the manager know about the bed I was sleeping in was broken and one of the staff took a photo of it. Also about the ants in the rooms, all he said we cannot do anything about it until after the weekend and we arrive there Wednesday evening. Was a bit disappointed about management.

Lovely big room with the added bonus of a washing machine.

We didn’t have any towels in out room and then they brought us 2 only, no bath mats or hand towels Not a lot of cutlery or dishes. Take care with the locals. We had a couple of episodes with a guy trying to sneak into rooms, looking for opportunistic theft we think. It’s a nice walk from the hotel to see the sunset.

The large open room and bathroom. New washing machine/dryer. Excellent shower and aircon. Convenience of restaurant in complex.

Minimal appliances in kitchen for preparing meals, and no oven. Awkward parking arrangement for unloading luggage.

nice self contained room/ apartment, with a delightful outdoor balcony. Very happy it was on ground floor.

it was a bit of a hike from car park with luggage, a trolley would be very helpful for those of us staying a few days so you don’t have to do 10 trips back to car.

The room was very modern and comfortable.

We did have a slight incident during the night with some of the locals, but management we very understanding and obliging, we did receive. free breakfast for the inconvenience. Wasn't the hotels fault, but did impact our sleep a lot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was very handy and I love that our car was locked behind a gate at night time.

I would have liked better security on the rear door rather than just a push button lock - even a chain would have made me feel better.

This is a nice place to stay, the staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed in various rooms in the motel and they have all been to a satisfactory standard and no real issues at all. We have eaten several times in the restaurant and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The meals are good value, fresh and tasty. It is possibly the best place to stay if you are looking for a little more comfort and security then a simple motel room, the apartments are great!

I Liked that it was central to everything and clean

We had tea in the restaurant and they charged and said it was Barramundi and it definately wasnt and yes i should of said something at the time but was tired so just ate it
