Clean, easy design and laid out, comfortable, access to all amenities. Reception provided all information and was very helpful. Staff in the dining room always smiling and were happy to assist and the chef /s were excellent (many meals here) the cleaners were very friendly and were very personable -even though they were busy with the tour bus rooms. It looked like everyone was happy in their role and wanted to be on site. All up couldn’t as for a better team. We felt very welcome.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was fantastic. It had everything you could want for a most comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a full kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Beds and lounge were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Parking was available outside our door. Dined at the attached Kauri Bistro which was large and attractive. Service was excellent. Enjoyed delicious Garlic Bread, Fish and Chips and Cape Grim beef short rib... so full after this we couldn't eat dessert.

This villa had a beautiful view out to a duck pond with a deck you could sit on to watch the ducks. The villa was very spacious with a nice kitchen space, large dining room table and open plan living room space. There were two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shower in the ensuite bathroom was huge. The beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good with many, many choices, particularly if you go for the cooked breakfast. You can get dinner in the dining room and it was very good. Tall Timbers is perfectly located for a trip to the Tarkine region. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

The dinner choices were very expensive, however there were at least some cheaper options such as pizza (which was really nice). It was great having two bathrooms but the water pressure does not allow for both to be used at once.

Lovely space for a family to relax, with ducks swimming in the pond right outside our room. You can do your own thing re: food with a lovely restaurant onsite, or you can go to other places around or order in. Rooms are nice and quiet and plenty of glasses, crockery etc. My son enjoyed his swim in their pool, and hubby and I chose a nice bottle from the onsite bottleshop.

Super comfortable with the kids we loved the ducks coming up for a visit and the pool and spa which were truely lovely. Liked all the options takeaway, room service or self contained could Taylor what we did to the kids needs which makes for a great trip for everyone! Reception staff super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the dishwasher leaked when we went to put it on before we left. Bathrooms were a bit worn.

Drinks in the bar were good, the meal was good in the restaurant, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms were very large, and the beds were firm and comfortable, the shower nozzle was also high enough and the water pressure was great.

I think that the rooms could do with a cooling air conditioning unit. It was quite hot at night and because the outside lights remain on brightly all night, and don't get shut off we couldn't get any airflow from the window because we had to have the curtains closed because of the lights.

Location of 2 bedroom apartment, right on duck pond. Clean areas. Well laid out. Pool was great. Food was nice. Receptionist was lovely. Heat pump heated the areas well. The single bed in the same room as the big bed assisted with an easy bedtime routine for us.

The only downfall, if I'm being super picky is there was no signage for the change room in the pool so we had to walk around to find it then find the light switch. Dinner we ordered for 1815 pick up however wasn't ready until 1840 and with young kids it through dinner out but was well worth the wait!

everthing especially the lady who brought out breakfast to us in the morning she walked over in a down pour and still had a smile on her face absolutely exceptional service and everyone of the staff was welcoming the room was great will deffinetly be back with the whole family loved it only downfall was we didnt book for 2 nights instead of the one but will definitely be back in the near future thank you.

We love staying here, food is always awesome. Great meal options. We enjoy the big swimming pool. More pool equipment would be great! Perfect spot to stay when exploring the North West.

Two of the lights didn't work in room 17. One in the ixl heater of the bathroom and the other main light over the Queen bed. No lighting in the swimming pool room. Continental breakfast for kids is a bit expensive so we do bring our own brekkie for them as $10 for 3 weetbix and milk is a bit much with 3 children. We paid $25 for hot buffet brekkie and hardly anything was available in the bainmarie which was disappointing this time.

We enjoyed our meals at the Restaurant and our drinks at the Sports Bar. The food was consistently good for the two nights we stayed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The standard rooms were basic but comfortable. There was no air conditioning and it was reasonably hot when we were there. Fortunately we were able to open windows.
