Check in a breeze, rooms are awesome with comfortable beds, modern facilities, pod coffee, comfy beds and complimentary water. It was the little touches such as high end cousins, great quality pillows and power outlets that had USB charging that I really liked. The restaurant was also excellent! Food was well presented and the cost reasonable. If you stay in a Luxe Suite the Steam Shower is a little piece of indulgence that should not be missed!

Bed was clean & comfortable with great pillows

Toilet seat moved when you sat on it. Rusty door frame in bathroonm. Not a fan of the shower, awkward set up when trying to keep your hair from getting wet. Bathroom vanity very low & strange that the fridge was in the wardrobe. Bathroom lighting not good for putting on makeup.

We like everything the hotel had to offer. The host Jamie was wonderful. He was friendly , welcoming and most helpful. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge about the area and places we were travelling to. We felt very relaxed and cared for.

There was no breakfast, however it was easy to go to nearby cafe/eateries for breakfast.

The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. I had a late check in at 6pm on a Sunday and he was there to help me out. The rooms are so clean and the showers were amazing. It was such a nice place to stay in.

I don’t have any faults, the Netflix wasn’t working but that wasn’t a big deal and I’m sure if I asked for help they would’ve fixed it.

Wonderful friendly staff to greet us. Lovely spacious room that was very clean and felt very classy. Free wifi and streaming services. Close to food outlets with the option to dine in house also. Felt very safe. Friendly housekeeping.

The bed didn’t really suit me because of an existing back complaint. The bed was soft. My husband and son found them comfortable though.

Loved how comfortable the beds were! Very clean and very welcoming and courteous front of house staff.

Due to 1 month old new owners, they are still in the process of getting things going. Would have been great if they offered breakfast at their restaurant. We were told they are currently working towards that, so that’s great. Restaurant pricing seemed slightly excessive for location.

Host Jamie and Victor. They went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and their warm welcome made our tiredness go away. Excellent location and very neat.

Because it was Easter holidays, breakfast lunch and dinner would have been great. But other eateries are nearby so we had no issue.

The room was super quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable (a medium firmness) and the shower had amazing water pressure. Darryl made us coffee on Christmas morning too!

The parking is a bit squishy when there are lots of guests. A hook for the hand towel would have been good.

Daryl and Jamie were very welcoming and helpful. The in-house restaurant was beautifully set out, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay at Hellen Hotel.

it was so beautifully presented. the bed was really comfortable and the location was smack bang in the middle of town. lovely lady at the front desk. lobby decor was gorgeous and the Elvis theme was an extra bonus. plenty of room for our family in the double room. complimentary water and USB charger port was good. you could rent a hair straightener and buy personal toiletries in addition to what was provided
