Mannum Motel

I think you saved my life! Arriving there on a 40° day, being mobility impaired, and having lugged my case and backpack from the bus stop, I was greeted by the amazing lady who came out of the cafe, upgraded my room to one better suited to my capabilities, and allowed me to book in early. She took my luggage to the room, checked the air conditioner, found the remote needed new batteries, fixed it immediately, and ensured that the room chilled very quickly for me. Most comfortable bed with soft pillow and an amazing fridge that froze my drink bottles so quickly. What else could anybody ask for. I spent the rest of the day recuperating. Later I went back to the cafe and had the best toasted cheese, ham and tomato sandwich I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. Amazing, friendly and thoughtful service.

Great location.short walk to town Loved the cafe....menu was delish Reception and service staff were lovely.

Cafe not open all day.. Room needs at least one lighter coloured wall and more decor pictures or one larger picture etc like the Cafe and office area. Shower curtain too short so splashy wet floor Stairway out front to the town street was very dark and very bird pooey so you couldn't hold the rails and you couldn't see at night :/

Very Clean, comfy bed, pleasant surprise to find a Face flannel that you can use, without feeling guilty about staining from Make-up 😄.

Not really a issue, but perhaps a couple more Long Life Milk capsules, it takes 2 to make it white, and there's a Hole in the Flyscreen above the bed, Mosquitoes can get in, but definitely will stay again.

Lovely views over river from Room 3. Helpful and friendly staff.

Everything closed at 3pm Sunday. However we (and others) were there because the regular paddle wheel cruise left on Monday. Business would have been good at the motel if the cafe was open on Sunday evening.

I loved the room we could see the river, guests and staff were super nice. Perfect location to walk down the street. The first thing I do when I check in anywhere is make sure the beds and bathroom is clean. I noticed the cleaning sheed they seem to have a good organised cleaning service. I didn’t think the holiday was gonna be as good because I couldn’t check in anywhere else. But we honestly had the most magical trip. The room was perfect my two year old new it was her holiday ❤️

I loved the big open windows and views both from the room and from the cafe where we had breakfast. Lovely vibe. Also loved crisp clean sheets.

Motels are notoriously run down but this wasn’t bad. Carpets were a bit crumpled, bed dipped a bit but was soft and comfortable regardless.

Close to the waterfront Bed very comfortable

The sun coming through the bathroom windows it was so hot in there blinds or curtains would of helped

Wish I need there was going to be a full kitchen. Close to the town.

The room the boy's sleeped in was hot. It is hard for the aircon to get in to there room. You have to have the other room Freezing for it to be ok I'm there. And the cord to the aircon was huging over the door so when you went out you had to deal with that.

The location is great , top end of Main Street. There is a cafe on site with great coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming . The room was clean, bed comfortable .

Not so much as didn’t like , it just appeared dated , but as a motel room it ticked the boxes

The room was clean and comfortable with a view from the big window of trees beyond the rooftops. Staff were very helpful. And as we had not arrived when expected they rang to let us know what time staff leave for the day. Mannum is a lovely town. Try Umami for good food! And this motel was a good place to stay. Will stay there again.
