Fantastic views Easy walk or drive into the heart of Surfers Paradise. Has a great rooftop deck area to relax and watch the afternoon sunset.

The master bed was only a double bed. This is not acceptable in any apartment accommodation in 2023. When staying in accommodation and paying a premium, one expects to be staying in equal to or better than in your own home !! The apartment lacked any basic supplies like salt, pepper, adequate sugar, milk, coffee, or tea. There was one tea towel and very basic kitchen utilities if you were going to cook for the family. All, in all this was disappointing and takes the shine of what could of been a 4 to 5 star stay.

We found the apartment to be in a good location, very spacious and nicely finished. Good facilities available and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was not cleaned throughly, we found hairs on the headboard and in the bed, hairs still in the showers, hairs on the sofas. The cutlery in the drawers had not been cleaned properly and the drawers themselves not cleaned. We did look past this due to the apartment itself being great.

The location was excellent with views over the water and not too far from shops and the beach to which you could walk. Maybe a bit far for the elderly. Would go there again.

There were a few. The tap over the kitchen sink was loose and wabbled as you wanted to use it. Maybe something had come loose underneath. In the second ensuite the stopper in the sink would not go down to hold water and the toilet roll holder was wobbling and looked as if it would fall off the wall. I did leave a note with these items printed on it. Office hours were hard to understand as the office didn't open until 9.30am and closed at 5pm Mon to Fri, but on Sunday at 3pm. We did receive a text on our way about getting in, and as we didn't arrive until about 5pm Sunday, thankfully 2 residents helped us get the key to get in. Otherwise all was excellent. Make sure you get there well before office closing time.

Such a wonderful property tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The main CBD, beaches and all other points of interest in Surfers Paradise is just a walking distance away from the property. Our two-bed room apartment was equipped with washing machine, dryer, free wi-fi, microwave, fridge and other kitchen utensils. From the balcony I really enjoyed the evening sunsets over Nerang River and beyond the blue mountains of Gold Coast Hinterlands We really enjoyed our 4-day stay. We hope to come back again next time. I booked via booking.com which was super easy. I received a request two weeks prior to check in to pay the full amount via EFT transfer. I was nervous about this as I usually pay everything by credit card. Then on checkin day I had to EFT transfer $300 for the bond, before I would receive details of how to get hold of the key. The location is good - 1km to the beach and 700m to Woollies and the tram stop too. The roof top area is excellent with BBQs and lounges to use for dinner and drinks.

We were only provided with one FOB & key - which was very inconvenient. However a second is provided if you request it. The Unit was clean, comfortable but basic. No Nespresso machine or plunger. You will need to supply your own beach towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and rubbish bags.

Amazing apartment, very pleased with the views and furnishings. Conveniently located walkable distance to attractions and transportation options.

We did have to wait for the receptionist to greet us, we called and messaged but there wasn't an answer for a while. When we got through to someone, they told us we had to wait. . . So we waited outside the building for about an hour before someone greeted us and gave us our keys to enter. To be fair we did arrived around 1pm, I did advise on booking.com that we would like an early check in due to our early flights which they said they would try and accomodate.

The room was clean and very spacious. The shower was perfect as it had a very good flow and it had continuous hot water for many minutes. The man at the front desk was very nice and even when I had to go back into my room after we had checked out as I had left something in there he was very sweet and gave me the key to go and get it. Location was perfect as it was very close to the city but not to close that your hearing of a late night sounds at the end of the road there’s a beautiful river which was beautiful just to sit and relax and watch

The thing that I didn’t like about the property was that there were people in the pool and they had been in there for over two hours and when we kept going back they did not get out

Very clean and tidy, spacious and great layout for one week stay. Access to allocated parking was really useful. Lifts were efficient and again clean and tidy. A little bit of out side noise but was quiet by 10pm so very impressed. Lots of light and great views over the hills and canals.

TV remote was a bit intermittent, but was rarely sat watching the box so not a real issue. Parking space was minimum width - did fit but tight at times when everyone in.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment; fairly new with good view to the river; top floor has a gym, a spa and BBQ facility; close to the busy areas of the Surfers Paradise; secure entry with easy check-in and checkout.

The toiletries, laundry power, dish washing powder, garbage bags provided were for one time use despite we stayed there for 5 nights. Compared to other service apartments, this place missed small things which caused a bit of inconvenience to the guests e.g.,oven glove, tissue box, vacuum cleaner (there was a dustpan with broom only). The rooms were reasonably clean. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable though.
