Coolum Beach Resort

The resort was in the town centre-so no need to take the car when wanting to look at shops or go to the beach. The resort was its own little community which had 3 restaurants, a day spa, remedial massage centre and yoga hub as well as it own sauna and pool.

One would need to be mindful if holidaying with people who are mobility impaired, as there were many stairs to negotiate

We loved the location, the ocean view and the large living space. We also loved all the "extra's" in the kitchen, they sound simple but made our stay so comfortable for example, water jug, storage containers for leftovers, ice cubes and many glasses & cups.

in summer time an air conditioner in the twin room/ smaller room would be required. We visited in winter so there was no issue at all - we were perfectly comfortable!

No clock in the whole apartment. Secondly, the mattress needs to be replaced Thirdly the bathroom lights to be replaced with brighter .

The beach was very close and the sea view from the balcony was lovely. The window seat was perfect for reading while still being able to watch the waves. Apartment 23 was well renovated and had a lovely beach vibe.

The steep exit from the car park was interesting, especially in the wet and having to stop to open the gate.

Location. Comfy beds and linens. Friendly managers.

No lift ! Noisy kids running and jumping on the pool. Throwing food and chocolates around and not respecting the other guests. ( just the last 2 days) otherwise it was great. I prefer a place with a bigger balcony and full beach views though.

The location was perfect. The apartment was huge. The amenities were fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I could only give the apartment an 8 out of 10 for cleanliness. No big deal but there were a couple of little things that could have been improved. For instance I didn't use the oven as it looked dirty and the toilet smelt until I gave it a clean.

Location was good, beach is amazing at this place- Coolum Beach. Staff friendly.

The street corner is noisy - Not a problem at night but it does get busy in the day. No insect screens on the windows so could not open them as there are large mosquitoes this time of the year. Not a problem as the rooms have good airconditioning

Well located to Main Street and beach. Spacious apartment.

No lift. A lot of stairs. Even in outer appartments. We are both in our 70 ‘S. Me recent knee replacement. At least gave plenty of exercise. The view from balcony was literally looking at neighbours rubbish…

The location was fantastic and the views of the ocean were beautiful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the decor was lovely.

There wasn't much I didn't like.

Was perfect for my little family. Close to everything. Was just like our own little beachside home for the week. The managers were away but we followed the instructions and seen ourselves in and seen ourselves out. Very easy process and we had no dramas at all. If we did there was a relief manager to contact but we had no need for that

The weather was terrible but no fault of the resort at all.
