Moama Motel

The staff at the hotel across the road was whom I had to check in with and they were so lovely and made the process very quick and simple The room was spacious and fitted us in very comfortably. The beds were comfortable As a smoker I could smoke outside my bedroom rather than vacate and go to a hide away hole which was so lovely. It was a short walk across the bridge to get to Echuca

Nothing. It was definitely a little noisier on the Saturday grand final night with the music pumping at the hotel across the road but we still managed to sleep through it

Clean comfortable with all the needs of a man working away from home. The Bowling club is within 100m and the pub is on the corner for entertainment, food and drinks. Shower was good and hot with soaps and plenty of towels, bed was comfortable and heating/cooling whisper quiet

The reception is at the pub but its not really that much of a pain.

Good location in Moama. Clean room and bathroom with facilities as expected. Easy check in process at the Border Inn, who served quickly, despite being very busy with an afternoon crowd.

A little noisy with music venues nearby, but it was Saturday night. No wi-fi, but not a critical issue. Table top ironing board never fun to use.

The motel was great, pool was fabulous, very clean room.

Beds not comfy, smoking area needs to be set up away from rooms - we couldn't open our door or window our entire stay. Sooooo many smokers, the smoke even came under our door, revolting.

The meals in the attached hotel were excellent. This was demonstrated by a restuarant that was packed to the 'rafters'. the food was plentiful and well cooked. My wife's'baked vegetable salad was brilliant, and the 'rare steak' was cooked to perfection. The motel room, located across the road, in a side street, was very clean, comfortable and with very little traffic noise. A bonus was a laundramat across the main road. It was economical and efficient. Laundries were scarce in Hobart.

We paid for breakfast at the Hotel, had breaks there very day it was brilliant....... staff stunning, room convenient to what we were doing ( shopping and visiting) basic and clean room great price as we only slept in the room

Next time we will ask for a downstairs room as we are getting old and our knees struggled on the stairs a little ( not as fit as we thought we were...... tV remote did not switch could not adjust the volume our fault as they would have replaced it but we did not ask

The motel met our expectations and location of the motel was great close to eateries, bowls club and the centre of Moama town. It was also a short driving distance to Rich River Golf Club and larger Echuca proper.

Location was perfect for our needs and the staff were fantastic. Because the Bowls Club was booked out for dinner, we had dinner (and breakfast) at the pub attached to the motel - food was great, service was excellent, prices were very reasonable.

We'd booked a room with two double beds (or Queen and Double or something like that) through Booking.com, but were given a room with two single beds. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, and we didn't raise it as an issue, but just be sure to check what room you're getting if it's super important to you.

People who were packing up and leaving at 8am were having loud conversations out the front of the rooms, no sound insulation so we couldn't sleep
