Les Closes

Super clean, tidy and all that. Really great location on the main strip. Fantastic for the price, although we went in May and booked early so might change for snow season. breakfast was great with a pretty good variety although only available for 2.5 hrs from memory. We had a lovely time! our room had a cute little view of the mountains which I just loved to look at! Highly recommend staying here for an affordable fuss free time!

Our room the bed seemed small maybe a double, but we are just used to bigger. I believe it’s what’s listed anyways, with some places you never really know what you are heading into.

the location was central and near the shopping street and plenty of decent restaurants nearby. there was a Macdonald and supermarket too.

while the hotel provided the connecting rooms per request, we found out later upon enquiring that the only rooms w connecting doors did not have bath tubs. one of the room has a weird configuration for the shower door where it was movable and could not really prevent water from splashing out. the walls were quite thin…we could hear people talking on the corridor. the driveway down into the carpark was tight and narrow and was the only way in/out which meant if we met a car coming down the carpark while coming up, one would have to reverse all the way. to that we had a scratch when exiting the carpark.

Firstly, he stopped his break, just to come and print my boarding passes. His smile, kindness and help is amazing. Secondly, I did not have a hairdryer in my room, and when I asked him to borrow one, he gave me it for whole stay. Finally, most important thing to me. I had problems with a coach company, which twice changed my departure/arrival times. It was very stressful situation because Andorra La Vella is very far from Barcelona Airport. Also, the company workers did not speak well in English, so it was so difficult to solve the problems. I asked Juan for help, and he did an amazing job. He talked with the company, explained our worries about departure flight, and even pushed them to send me a new, email confirmation about changes. Generally I liked everything, but it will be a nice to see some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, salad etc.) on breakfast. It was a great choice of sweets, croissants, muffins, donuts etc. and other food was OK, but not everyone eat bacon, sausages and ham. To sump up, I had a good breakfast, and this comment its just suggestion. Instead 12 choices of sweeties (I was really impressed) to a cup of coffee, reduce a few, and add some veggies. :)

Everything was fine, clean and comfortable. No noise from other guests or outside. It was a little confusing and complicated to reach but once we got there it all made sense! That’s Andorra for you. Parking was good and spaces were generous. Handy for Caldea. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, some days slow to replenish and very poor for vegans - not even any margarine. Ended up with dry bread and jam/tomato and fruit. There was no fire evacuation plan.

This is a great hotel and in a great location just off the main shopping street. It’s location makes it great for sightseeing with bus stops a few minutes walk away. The hotel is well managed, it is clean and comfortable. The room was great, the bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. The room I had had a balcony and overlooked a plaza. The staff were good, polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel & I can think of nothing that I didn’t like.

This was an excellent small hotel in the centre of the city of Andorra (great location - could walk to everything) The hotel is modern and very very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very efficient and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and it had a spa style bathroom, The morning breakfast was small but adequate. We enjoyed our stay at Les Closes very much

The breakfast time is later - it doesn't start until 8:00 am (we like to eat early around 6:30 am

Location is excellent and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Room was a good size for 2 people and was very clean. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was quite basic. Unfortunately the morning we left there was a strong smell of urine in the hallway - possibly from a dog. If it was not a dog then the product used for cleaning the floor had a very strong and unfortunate odour.

It’s in the Main Street of city centre, property was very clean and comfortable, had balcony looking on the restaurant.

Only thing what I didn’t like was poor isolation, I could hear people chatting in the room next to mine and also I could hear when the cleaning lady was in the hallway. Also breakfast was same for both days and not a lot of choice of food.

Hotel is clean and modern, location is great right on the shopping street.

Bathroom is inside the room separated by the glass, which is only partially matte and mostly transparent. That is very uncomfortable to go to shower and toilet. Cause there’s no privacy at all and other person sees and hears everything that is happening in the bathroom. Very weird design choice.

Stop scrolling through hotel options and book Les Closes! Incredibly friendly reception staff, who were helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is sleek and modern in appearance. Plenty of shower gels and room accessories are provided. I had to be out of the room early each day and the reception staff kindly had a picnic prepared for me each morning - super convenient and delicious. Can't wait to return; thanks for a fanatic few days.
