Great location and team friendly and willing to help you. Solved all my request and my stay more comfortable, changed room from noisy neighbors and provided late check out option for free. Minimalistic design and modern hotel, worth the money and easy access to the beach. Have gym, sauna, pool on the roof , amazing view on the beach and landscape. Simple breakfast, cleaning daily, good balance for the price

Some rooms need renovations, but others rooms are ok, staff are trying to help and do their best. Use translator to help yourself with communication, be just kind and patience with not everyone speaking good english

We loved this hotel! It was the best hotel we have been to for the price in Thailand or Vietnam so far. - Good breakfast, they make you fresh eggs how ever you like them and have delicious vietnamese dishes as well as fresh fruit - nice rooftop with a pool and a good view, you can get dinner there too - really nice personnel - most comfortable beds so far! - nice little gym

We would always come back to this hotel, but if we would need to say what we did not like (which is complaining at a high level), it would be the following: - no sun bathing beds at the rooftop, just tables - the water in the shower did flow in the drain properly so it sometimes flooded the bathroom floor a little - you get one toilet paper roll and you only get a new one if the existing one is finished, so if it is almost empty when the cleaning staff comes they don’t put a second one in the bathroom and you end up having no toilet paper in the evening.

We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good (normal shower head and waterfall options). The shower was blocked on the first day of our visit but after calling reception this was fixed quickly. Majority of time was hot. We had a good view overlooking the city on the 15th floor and the air con worked well. Sauna vouchers were provided for one use between 4-5pm (limited timings as it is low season) but we didn’t have a chance to use them. The rooftop cafe was nice and overlooked the pool and the city view and had very friendly staff, as did the restaurant. Breakfast was good and had a large variety of choice with a staff member cooking eggs at request. Allowed us to store our bags on the day of check out. Overall, good stay and would stay again.

Reception were unable to provide information on any day tours so we went to a nearby hostel for information instead. There was also a language barrier at times with staff at reception (English). We were also able to hear the beeping of cars and mopeds below at night on the 15th floor through closed windows, but this did not cause too much interruption to sleep.

Sauna is advertised but actually each customer only gets one free sauna voucher so for longer stays people have to pay extra to use the sauna. also it should be switched on earlier so it’d actually get warm enough to be legit. the steam bath smelled very bad. The sauna visiting times are too short (from 4-5pm with voucher) and the sauna heather is turned on at 4pm so it’s not hot. Breakfast was poor but could be improved by adding ham, cheese, yogurt, granola and pastries - it’s a 4 star hotel with many western customers.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The free sauna deal was a real treat as other hotels including 5 star ones charge for sauna use. Miss Chi on reception was most helpful and kind and went over and above to make us feel welcome. All the staff go out of the way to ensure customers have an enjoyable stay and are concerned that the hotel is a success. We have traveled around Asia quite a bit and this is one of the best by far for value for money and for service.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave as it would have been lovely to extend our trip to stay longer here. But we will come back.

Zenia Boutique Hotel is a 4-star hotel, very clean and good located (just a 10-mins walk to the beach). The room is a bit small but very clean and perfectly furnished (kettle, tv, fridge, safe, hairdryer, a/c) with a nice view of the city. The bed with mattress-topper is so comfortable. Modern bathroom with a very large shower and a high-level courtesy kit. Towels and bathrobe are of a nice quality too. At the last floor is also at guests’ disposal a gym and a small swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a bar open daily 7-22 with reasonable prices. The chance to use the sauna and the steam bath for free once per stay is a added value. Mostly asian food is offered for breakfast but you can ask for eggs/omelette and you can find bread and jam/butter, as well as juice, coffee/tea. No other sweet option is available. The staff is always kind and very helpful. Wi-Fi connection works properly inside the building. We got an early check-in and a late check-out for a small extra charge. We paid a very low price for our stay but the service was excellent.

Sometimes it is quite difficult to communicate with the staff, who speak stunted English but go out of their way to help you. Perhaps the management/ownership could implement some English courses for its employees.

Brilliant stay. Regret staying for 3 previous nights in another hotel. The hotel is not as big as a 5-star but they do strive to deliver on that level. It is like a 5- stay but for ridiculously low price. Best price-to-quality rate in this trip (6 star xD). Great room and amenities, not a bad soundproofing, good views, rooftop pool for adults and a small one for kids. Amazing personnel, especially the manager and one of the receptionists. Somehow I managed to lose a keycard (never did before), they changed it without any charge. I had a sleeping bus in the evening- they let me keep the bags with them and take a shower in the evening. Great and tasty buffet.

Everything was at the highest level, I lived in this hotel for 2 months, and all the hotel staff helped me and smiled, I note that the hotel is very clean, cleaned every day, there is no dust or mold in the shower, the cleanest hotel I have met in Vietnam, but of course it is not profitable to rent a hotel for a long time. but to rent for a few weeks, this is the best hotel

- The shower has a window in it with no curtains or anything. There’s no way people aren’t looking in! - Staff hardly spoke English but we communicated via translator - Walls are pretty thin and can hear the hallway. Can’t hear the outside on the 14th floor though which was nice

Really great hotel. From the beautiful, clean rooms with the comfortable bed and large rain shower to the friendly staff. We were in Nha Trang for a short stay but can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, but there were only Asian options and no American ones as mentioned on Booking.com. This was not a problem for me, but certainly for people who expect getting sweet pancakes or something else served. At this hotel, I had the best chicken pho during my entire one month stay in Vietnam. The gym was small but with a great view and we also liked the pool on the roof terrace. The location of the hotel is nice.
