La Sera Hotel

Lovely staff & manager, and the cleaners! Superb rooms with discounted or value for money rates. I initially booked for 3 nights, and ended up staying 3 weeks! The rooms have all you need, and although not brand new they function as they should & are cleaned thoroughly. The choice of rooms vary - I ended up with the brilliant Mountain View, which I preferred to Sea View as the window is larger and has a small balcony which means the doors can be opened. I was given a table and chair so that I could work on my laptop at times. Great location. Near to everything central, but not centrally located itself. This means you are away from the more busy areas which are only a walk away. I can’t praise the staff enough for accommodating my requests and giving me good deals on a longer stay.

It’s not ‘obviously’ dated but has had a name change but this doesn’t alter how the hotel is maintained which is very well. There is no restaurant currently but that’s fine for me as I like to eat locally - but they can order anything you’d like if you prefer someone else to do that for you, as well as recommend good places!

Smaller room then expected. The fridge was not the type with a compressor, so it hardly cools. Breakfast was a beef soup (served with banana, salad, and water). No other choice, no coffee, tea or juice. We decided to skip the breakfast.

Great room, we had a Seaview which was amazing! Comfy bed, had all that was needed. Good location, and nice staff.

They also have laundry facilities which was great, but upon receiving laundry and paying we never got change back…was a good tip I guess!

Staff was extremely friend and helpful. Absolutely a pleasure to speak and liase with. Rooms are beautiful additionally.

Everything was extremely great. Shower didnt have a screen which made the floor wet all the time. However, it may be norm in vietnam. Nevetheless everything else was perfect.

The location is good. The price is very good for the property. The room was generally clean but smelt a little bit dusty.

The shower was in a tub and could use some shower curtains. Just a little more detail to cleanliness would go a long way.

Convenient location. close to the beach.

Doesn’t have the way to pull up luggage to the reception floor.

the hotel has such a convenient location, few minutes walking to the beach and close to small restaurant for the breakfast, the hotel rate is so competitive with the others surroundings, Definitely will come back here!

Gym equipment needs some maintenance.

The room has a bathtub, staffs are very friendly.

The hair dryer is connected to the bathroom so it’s a bit inconvenient for us to use if someone is inside. I’d refer to use separate one.
