Silverland Sakyo Hotel

We were met with an incredibly friendly staff. We had to make a few changes to our reservation and they were really kind to help us with our last minute changes. The room was comfortable and we slept really well on the two twin beds. We weren't able to make it to Tea Time until the last day but we kind of regret it. A trio of musicians in the lobby played music on traditional instruments as you enjoyed tea and sweets complimentary of the hotel. It was such a nice treat! I also really enjoyed spending time on the rooftop at the pool/jacuzzi.

We had planned on getting in a workout or two during our vacation and were looking forward to using the facilities at the hotel. The few machines were on the rooftop next to the bar, but none of them seemed to work. It's not really a deal-breaker but we were kinda bummed about it. Breakfast looked great but unfortunately there were quite a few fruit flies everywhere (I know they're hard to get rid of and not dangerous or anything but for me it turned me off eating).

Location and attentive and friendly staff. Remedied an initial problem we had with the shower/bath not draining fast enough as you were showering so it was a bit gross as 5 mins into the shower it was up past your ankles. Showed us a couple of rooms after the complaint was made and we had a much better and bigger room - importantly one where the drainage was working. Kicking myself as I wanted to mention the concierge lady who went over and above to help us with various things we wanted to buy also.

It was just a bit tired and definitely could use a renovation or a new lick of paint. The roof top looks better in photos than in person.

Quiet location so we enjoyed a good sleep. Location was close to numerous restaurants and within walking distance from VinCom Plaza and Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant wasn't crowded like some of the bigger hotels. The staff were very friendly, helpful and able to offer suggestions as to places to eat and where to go nearby. Pharmacy and convenience store right opposite which was useful. Cocktails were good. If we return to Ho Chi Minh would definitely stay here again.

The roof top pool was very small, really just a plunge pool but adequate to cool off and the gym was just 3 machines. Breakfast only available but this wasn't an issue for us as there were many places close by for lunch and dinner.

Great location in District 1, east walk to great selection of bars & restaurants. The staff here were absolutely lovely, from checking in til leaving, they couldn’t do enough for you. Buffet breakfast was good, egg selection cooked to your liking and plenty of choice.

The pool is definitely a jacuzzi size but ok to take a dip in to cool off. The spa area was also not really a relaxing space as it was noisy from what I think we’re the air conditioning units for the hotel. Fine gif getting your nails done but maybe not for a relaxing massage.

Excellent customer service, great location. Good buffet breakfast. Bonus points for afternoon tea and live music performance. Rooms are spacious and clean with exceptional room service. Steam room is excellent and nice rooftop view.

The jacuzzi had an unpleasant odor and the sauna had gaps in the roof which let the heat escape. The gym is quite limited. We stayed there for 4 nights but we only used the facilities once. Some of the cooked meat at the breakfast buffet was dry.

Booked additional room! Already have high expectation for the stay. Good thing was that they hotel delivers the expectation. My friends and I we were very impressed with the stay, service quality too. Everything hits the spot, location are fantastic. Hotel staff, bell boy they are friendly, professional too! Huynh Tien, Ngoc Nhi, and many of them! The breakfast are great, as well as the afternoon tea, this was unexpected! I will come back to stay here!

lovely, helpful staff. The afternoon tea was a real treat. The doormen were outstanding organising taxis etc. couldn’t fault the staff in any way. very central location.

The lighting in the bedroom was very low. very difficult to apply makeup or to shave. no full length mirror

I came in this Hotel for the third time because I really appreciate the rooms and the location. This time, I came with my 4 kids. Everybody has been just fine and very kind except at check out since the hotel asked me to pay for the extra key cards that I could not find, while I had to handle all my kids check out. This was a bit disappointing😢.

Staffs are very proactive, and always ready to help if needed. Breakfast is quite delicious. location is quite acceptable for me. toilet and tubs are very comfortable. Seems I will stay with Silverland hotels in the future to visit HCM again.

There are no-window roomed which I didn't notice when I made booking. Some rooms has no table. Fortunately, I got a change for the whole trip. The swimming pool is smaller than many fish tank
