The Eurobuilding Hotel is a Caracas old time classic. There is a lot of room for improvement but I am glad that at least stays exactly the same way it was 20 years ago. The lobby area is gorgeous, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice Pool area with great view of the Avila Mountain. Breakfast was included and it was really good with plenty of choices. The Japanese restaurant was good and for a fair price. The Italian restaurant has delicious food but a bit overpriced.

Prices in the outside/Pool bar are crazy high. Like, I know we were in a "5 start hotel", but drinks are way too expensive in comparison to a nice restaurant in the city.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Overall, well maintained infrastructure, the pool area is very nice! Really comfy beds and spacious rooms!!

The first night we had two small roaches (chiripas) walk around our room… The pool restaurant/room service items way overpriced. For some reason we couldn’t charge anything to our room account, making it very uncomfortable given Venezuela’s situation with cash. I’d have preferred to make one big card payment at the end, but I guess many people just leave the hotel unannounced…

Basically everything, lovely room, great service, awesome staff, great place to spent Christmas & New Year…. AMAZING BREAKFAST, food from restaurant was every night spot on…

The room was great, the internet speed Not so much.

Again, I think the description of the room is misleading; it said it had “Mountain View” and you could assume is the city with the Avila behind but it was referring to the little mountain behind the hotel. When I got to the room I was disappointed.

Great location, Bar, Swimming pool, “Best Breakfast in Caracas” with national & international items, friendly service, front desk & serving staff speak English, dinner menu very good, pricy though, but that is Venezuela, great atmosphere during Christmas & New Year period…

I wanted to order a bottle of Procesco, $60!!!! It was $30 (or 40) a day before, it was in the afternoon of the 31st of December… but they didn’t drop the price, so I’m positive the bottle is still there as I was the only one ordering Bottles of Procesco there during my stay..

Excellent hotel in Caracas at a reasonable price for its quality. Very good rooms, Internet everywhere and better location.

The last time I was in the hotel I made the reservation directly on the site and they assigned me an excellent room. This time I made the reservation through Booking.com and they gave me a discount, they assigned me a room not as good as the previous times and in the farthest part of floor 5. It is still a very good room but the hotel has others renovated, they are already worn.

The Mountain View’s , breakfast and the lobby. Also, the staff was great.

The appliances and silverware are getting old for a business class floor. The room I saw here in Booking.com wasn’t the same that I selected when a made the reservation. I would like the Shuttle service to the airport provided by the hotel in order to get easier access.

The good care of the facilities, the details in the customer service, the condition of the rooms, the shops and the swimming pools. The good energy that can be felt in the lobby.

Excellent location. Jimmy the head bellman was outstanding. Good quality at the hotel could improve for what they charge. Excellent room, loved the view and spacious. Breakfast staff was top notch! The bed was a little too firm but overall best hotel in Caracas and I have stayed at 4 different ones in the last 2 years in this city.

very flexible and nice reception staff. I got there early but since the room was available they allowed me in and also gave me a late check out without any fuss

they could turn the AC down a few notches and it would still be cool
