Comfort Inn & Suites Sheridan

Loved the continental breakfast and all the choices. The Beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower water was amazing. My skin usually dries out after hotel showers, but this hotel left my skin and hair feeling very soft and smooth.

The shower head wasn't fully powered. The water was coming out the faucet and also the shower head.

I stayed at this hotel for one night when I was on my way up to Canada. check-in was extremely easy, the room was absolutely clean and organized. I was on the third floor and my view out the window was of the rolling hills which was really nice. breakfast was also included and there was a great selection of both hot and cold items. highly recommend this hotel I’ll stay on my way back to Texas!

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel

The water temp was just right in the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good, bed was comfy, and lots of channels on the TV set.

My key kept not working in the door, the lock kept sticking and I think the battery was going out on the door. I told them about the key and it was fixed in the beginning the key re-set and at the end I asked if they could fix the door for the next guest because the battery was either going out or there is something seriously wrong with the door latch from the outside. The elliptical in the gym didn't work too well, needs to be fixed.

Comfortable bed. Clean. The building was in good condition. Breakfast was good.

The room was very noisy. The heater and something on the wall and ceiling kept making noises all night long. There was also a very bright light on my window that disrupted my sleep. Possibly don't stay on the first floor if you can. Only decaff coffee and decaff tea in the room.

it is a convenient location right off the interstate. The rooms are nice and bed comfy. Did not have breakfast because we wanted to eat downtown.

The tub had a draining problem so we reported it at checkout since we only stayed one night.

Hotel was very new and very clean. That’s what I loved about it. It was right off the interstate and had easy access and a lot of parking. We had a pickup and trailer and there were no issues with parking.

Nothing.

Beds were so comfortable. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and professional.

The commode seat was round, the commode itself was oblong. It would be a good idea to perhaps replace it before it throws someone else almost on to the floor.

Staff was exceptionally nice and kind. I had to check on my dog in the truck outside at 1:30 AM and they were very good about me coming and going directing me to the best door. I liked that someone was awake and available so I didn't get locked out..l

The pool was dirty and had sand all over the bottom. The hot tub was empty and unusable. The ice machine didn't work.

Pretty typical breakfast for this price range of hotel/motel.

During check in the person at the desk was dealing with a personal phone call, a bit frustrating.
