Best Western Premier Ivy Inn & Suites

My son enjoyed his breakfast very much. We both enjoyed our dinner. The restaurant workers at dinner were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had fun in the gym and the pool!

My breakfast was a disappointment. I ordered the blue crab eggs Benedict. The crab tasted too sweet, and the eggs were over cooked. The yolks were not runny at all. Very disappointing. I just ate the potatoes after tasting the eggs Benedict. The potatoes were great. I was surprised when our waitress didn't even ask how our meal was or why I didn't eat my main course.

Very friendly and professional staff. Nice rooms that are well taken care of by housekeeping staff. Adequate fitness room for vacationers, and the pool, spa, and grounds (grass, plants, parking lot, etc.) we’re very well maintained.

Went to breakfast and we were sat at a table by the hostess, but never approached or spoken to by wait staff for over 10 minutes. We left to eat somewhere else because of the lack of attention.

Everything about this stay was excellent, convenient, and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, the restaurant was perfect and the room was on point! This was clean, and comfortable, and would stay here again if ever the opportunity presents itself.

It would have been nice if the restaurant and bar remained open a bit longer. This would not prevent me from staying here again as the food and staff were excellent. There is nothing bad here, all good!

Loved having a restaurant on site and room service available! Whole facility was very nice and we will check the website for other Best Western Premier locations. The handicap accessible room was well done, if a bit far from the elevator.

It would have been really nice to have an eating-height table in the room -- even a small one. It is hard to eat over a coffee table.

We absolutely loved how clean everything was in the workout room in the pool were clean. We even had to use the laundry room, which was free and easy to access. They were very helpful and kind. We even left some things in the bar and they went through the videos to see who left it, and hunted us down and returned it.

Patty at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. We enjoyed having the restaurant / bar downstairs next to the hotel lobby. Everyone in the restaurant was so nice and provided great service. Complimentary coffee available in the lobby and there was a cozy sitting area on the second floor. The room was a lot larger than expected with a decent size balcony. Large bathroom and a large open shower with a cobble stone floor. The hotel / room was very clean and tidy. Easy parking located in the front of the hotel. Very close to the main strip.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and well kept. It was in a perfect location as we were just traveling through Cody for the night. The room was just as expected - one of the fancier hotels we stayed in while on our vacation. We traveled from Wa to South Dakota then back down through Wyoming to tour Yellowstone. Cody is an hour from the South entrance to Yellowstone which is why we picked here to stay. The rooms are updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. I loved having a Keurig in the room - always a lovely surprise for a coffee lover. The bathroom was a nice surprise with the shower but I wish it had a curtain. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a room in Cody.

The price really isn't worth what you get for this room but being that it's by far one of the nicer hotels in Cody it's why we decided to stay here. Choosing a hotel in a town you've never been to is rather stressful. Reading reviews of picky travelers who nitpick everything makes it difficult. We really just wanted someplace that was clean and easy to relax in after a day of traveling.

A very pleasant surprise. Located somewhat off pitch from city centre, but within just a few minutes driving distance from all activities. Room was very comfortable and pleasant and staff were extremely helpful and polite. Good value for money. Nothing negative to write about.

We were very impressed with the property in so many ways. I wasn’t expecting a high standard of quality as I’m not familiar with Best Western, but this property definitely changed my mind. It seemed brand new, everything looked great and worked great too. Our room was very nice, the bed was so comfortable I got a great nights sleep. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Our room was nicely decorated and very quiet. The staff were very nice and even gave us a slightly later checkout when we asked. Parking was free and easy to find a place.

the 8th Street restaurant on the premises was fabulous! We discussed trying other restaurants, although kept coming back or walking downstairs to the hotel restaurant. We pretty much ate every meal there for the entire week.

The fitness room and pool/jacuzzi were a nice plus and always very clean and well kept.
