Comfort Suites Lake Geneva East

The room was very clean, beds comfy, great breakfast in a large eating area with a great variety to chose from...half mile walk down to town and lake. Most of the walk has sidewalks but there is a short part of the walk that you are walking along the shoulder of the road. Hotel is in a Good location. We were there when a tornado was present in the area and the hotel staff was well trained in what we should do...they evacuated us to the hallway of the lst floor away from windows...that was an interesting experience and kudos to the staff for not panicking and. knowing what to do..we enjoyed the propane fireseating area and the indoor pool. The hot tub spa was out of order...We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly stay here again..

The tornado, the hot tub spa not working, and the strip of road on the walk to town that did not have a sidewalk..,

Friendly staff at check in. Efficient. Location was close to everything we were looking to do. Facility and rooms seemed clean. Breakfast was decent. Personally would've liked a little more selection, but we made do just fine.

Front desk agent at check out seemed annoyed, and didn't acknowledge me or the other guests that came up to the desk while he was on the phone. Would've been nice if the sofa bed was made up already, instead of us having to make our own bed to use it.

The breakfast location was good. However, in Wisconsin we often assume that everyone loves cheese and everything prepared include cheese. There are a few people out there who are allergic to the diery products. If you could prepare eggs without automatically adding cheese, that would be great.

Provision for people who could be allergic to certain types of food.

Large room, sitting area, good lighting

Bathroom: no grab bars or anything to hang onto. The tub walls were textured, so even my portable suction bars wouldn’t stick. Even the handicap room had a tub instead of a walk-in shower. Also handicap room had only a king bed and we needed two queens.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was fine. Would have preferred more varieties.

The breakfast lady was diligent in keeping everything stocked, but she used the same disposable groves in stocking food and cleaning the tables with disinfection, all the days I was there.

Very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were quite comfy.

Bathroom could stand to have another towel rack, and the hot water ran out after breakfast time. Extend breakfast time a little, it was quite crowded. Another waffle maker would help.

Every single person was friendly at the front desk and very accomodating. They kept asking me if there was anything I needed when I went to the desk to ask a question or whatever. The breakfast had a better variety then I expected considering we are in Covid times. I have 4 young kids and they liked the pool that starts at 2" and goes to 18". There was a larger pool and hot tub for my wife and I. The rooms were clean. The 24 hour small store is nice to have inside.. Comfort Suites East is a shining example of how all other hotels should operate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was stocked well and the room was clean and cheerful. The beds were super comfortable. Quiet and relaxing there. Plenty of parking, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Checking in and out were quick and easy. Everyone was accommodating.

Only wished we could have stayed more days there!

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good and staff very friendly.

The hot tub wasn't working and the swimming pool was a little cold, but I jumped right in though.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay. We liked the breakfast and we used the pool and exercise facility. It was nice that there was a hot and cold breakfast and coffee and water 24/7.

I wish the exercise room was a bit larger and had more equipment. The pool area was very hot, but the water was fine. We used the whirlpool which was nice.
