Quality Inn Summersville

The breakfast was great & Pam was so friendly & helpful, she is an asset to the business. She always greeted everyone with a Good Morning & a big smile & asked how you are doing every day.

I had to make sure I told the staff that my trash was emptied each day & I had to make sure I had clean towels, since the staff was not obligated to clean my room each day, since I was staying 6 days. I just thought for the price that the staff should of been instructed to make sure we had the toiletries & towels we needed each day.

We have stayed at this location a handful of times. Love the upgrades! Pulled that stinky carpet, replaced with vinyl flooring! Love it! Comfy king sized bed! Lots of room!

When I book the room, thru booking.com, a question is about pets. I always check yes, even though my dogs are emotional support dogs, which I am approved and an ESA handler authorized for housing and travel. I checked in showing my paperwork. When I checked out, i was told I had a balance for my pets! I again, for a second time had to produce proof of registration of support animals. What the heck? Nothing like creating issues requiring me to use those dogs!!! He asked that next time I booked to try to book directly instead of using a third party, Booking.com. I'm curious if my credit card is going to be charged extra for my support dog....

Location and clean. Layout of room. I have trouble sleeping on a regular mattress due to handicap. Loved having the small couch as an option.

Crowded on the weekend. Couldn't get near the breakfast area. Breakfast closes at 9. Out of food and regular coffee. Keep it open until 10 on weekends!

It was great to be able to have breakfast available again. The server was very friendly and helpful. There was a nice selection of food. Fresh sausage and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage links!

There were not a lot of people there and we seemed to be clustered in one area and you could hear talking coming from the other rooms which was kind of annoying. We had problems with our key and lock...lock seemed loose. Had to get another key. Shower water pressure was wonderful!!! Need that to rinse my hair :)

We understand the impacts of COVID and that hotels are highly unlikely to have the breakfast setups that they offered prior to the pandemic. We appreciated that the desk clerk advised us of what this Quality Inn was offering to guests instead - a bagged breakfast to go - and what it would contain. This was a huge help to us in planning our next morning's activities. A little food in our bellies made our start to the day much brighter, quicker, and far less cranky! Also, the desk clerk who checked us in was so personable and made us feel welcome. Our room was incredibly clean, including the restroom.

Large, clean room. Comfortable bed and wonderful hot shower. Room was very clean. Property is pet friendly. Did not get the breakfast bar as it closed at 9:00 a.m. LVP flooring as also pet friendly!, Staff was very friendly and helpful!

$15 charge each for our dogs. Doors were very noisy, closing. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Front desk worker Helen was so kind and helpful and the evening gentleman Zack was exceptional, he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Zack is the reason we will book our next stay at Summersville with Quality Inn!

The only downfall was the room keys were too sensitive.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Zach at the Front Desk was very informative and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the lady who worked the breakfast (don't remember her name) was a sweetheart. They both deserve a raise!!

Nothing. Everyone was very helpful and on top of things.

The breakfast was good and I liked the opening up of the second room to accommodate more guests to sit and eat.

The air conditioner/heater in the room wasn't working with the set temperature. We ended up putting it on the constant fan which turned out fine.

very quiet, easy to find and get to right off the main road. Lots of places to eat, several within walking distance. The lady serving breakfast was very pleasant and nice to speak to. would highly recommend, and I will go back again.
