great location Accross the street from the most beautiful park with great walking paths and gorgeous lake Washington. the beds and pillows were very comfortable. and the breakfast was surprisingly good! .They actually had hot food available not just bread .

I thought the room charge was 139.00 a night that’s what it said on this site . when I checked in the charge was 172.00! I asked about the charges and they said they were for incidentals. I asked what the incidentals were and they had no answer for me they said if we didn’t go over our charges they would be refunded to my card and possibly two weeks. I guess with tax it would be 159.00 not 139.00 but it was 172.00. I picked this place for the price and reviews . so it was disappointing.

I made a mistake with my reservations, I added an extra day by accident. It was my fault because I made reservations through a third party. It was my first get away since my husband died in December. Just felt bad about that

I loved the room and the shower and tub. I loved the convenience of having the garage below. The wifi and tv worked great. The front desk people with whom I spoke were both great. It was a clean, comfortable. place. Only two little bitty problems. which I will list below.

The room fan kept going to cool. I could not stop the fan. I could only put it to low, so the room did get chilly. I turned up the heat then. and the lids to the take out coffee cups did not fit. I almost spilt my coffee, but fortunately I did not. Regarding the fan, I am sure someone would have come and helped me if I had asked. And the coffee cup lids not fitting are a common problem everywhere. I enjoyed my time there and most likely will come again.Thanks

The location is actually pretty good. There is a shopping center a 10 minute walk away. Lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

The access to the parking is confusing. A little advanced warning would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was good and location was fantastic (close to my family that lives in the area). King bed was perfect! We definitely will be back again.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Cost was a little more than expected, but after COVID, everything is more expensive. Being able to check in earlier would have been nice.

Enjoyed the private pool time of no more than 6 people in the pool. The free hot breakfast was great! Parking was secure and easy to access. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice.

Water pressure in shower was very poor. Drain was not working properly in tub. These were small inconveniences and didn't effect our overall happiness while staying at the hotel.

The breakfast was good. And the lake right across the street.

Parking cars in the basement spots very tight if you have a big vehicle.

Location was great, room was clean, and breakfast was pretty good.

Bathroom door doesn’t give you much privacy, parking fee.

BREAKFAST WAS OK. MAYBE SOME MORE GRAB AND GO OPTIONS. MOST THE PEOPLE STAYING WITH YOU ARE ON THE RUN. THINK CHEESY SAUSAGE AND EGG BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE WITH TO GO COFFEE CUPS THAT PEOPLE CAN JUST SCOOP IN THROW IN A SPOON AND RUN (THEY FIT GREAT IN CUP HOLDERS TOO:)

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Great breakfast and great coffee.

Requested more in room coffee but didn’t receive.
