Room was very clean, spacious, and we loved the hammock hanging in one section of our room. Great location to walk around town and enjoy the area. We thought it was great having espresso and cocktails downstairs as well.

While I liked the check-in process as far as having a key code for the room instead of a card, and being able to do it all online, I will say that the staff could have been a little more on top of making sure we knew what we needed to know. Seems like they want the check-in and check-out process to be pretty hands off, which I get, but it was like they didn't think of telling us which way the rooms are or what doors are best to access things, etc. Just a little more friendly customer service would have been wonderful! But I will say, that's a very small detail in an otherwise very pleasant stay!

This hotel was so fun! They have a cute little commons area with a shuffle board + games, coffee stand and beer on tap (my bf got a ‘shower beer’ before dinner), and a big area outback with picnic tables and a Traeger bbq. They work w different companies to lend cups/mugs, ice chests, outdoor blankets, bikes and other outdoor gear that you can try out and buy at the end of your stay if you’d like. They offered just enough amenities to make us feel comfortable yet not overwhelmed.

All they need is a hot tub and we would be back every time we visit Leavenworth!

This is a very unique approach for lodging. So, you might really like it, or maybe not. The self check-in procedure was easy and quick. There is help at the front desk if you need it, or just go straight to the room with the entry code supplied via text message. If you need any help, the staff was right there and was very nice. The room had items we didn't expect (like an in-room hammock for relaxing, portable ice chest for adventures, etc.) that were actually unique and pretty cool. Rooms looked to be recently upgraded and had the amenities we wanted (fridge, microwave, coffee). This is within walking distance to the downtown area so plenty to do and great restaurants. Price was right as well.

The chairs in the room were basic hard-back style and were not very comfortable. Walls are a little thin so there was some noise from other rooms, but not bad.

I loved the room and the decor of the room and the hotel in general. The cafe was a nice feature and had great drinks and food options. The staff was so helpful and friendly here. The location was so perfect being downtown and walkable to all the shops and restaurants as well as the waterfront parks.

The only complaint is the noise it does get a little loud and you can sometimes hear your neighbors but they know this and there is a note about it in the room as well as some earplugs for guests to use

Not having to deal with staff. The brewpub on premises was a very welcoming place. The gimmicky hammock strung diagonally across the otherwise comfortable bed was unusual. Great shower, bathroom was very nice. Ample parking surrounding the place. Easy walk to the rest of Disne...err, Leavenworth.

Adorable room! Clean and a lot of amenities. We were just adding through so we did not get to utilize the full potential of the room but we will definitely be back. Loved the hammock right in the living room.

The bed was a tad hard. It was a memory foam I believe and maybe it just needed some getting used to but it was a little harder than I am used to.

Fantastic location. Loved that parking was included and we didn’t have to worry about it while we were in town. Our room was the perfect fit for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds and hammock. The cafe was super convenient and kept us caffeinated every morning.

Wishes we had a bathtub or hot tub after a long day of hiking but we survived without it.

Rooms were clean and very simple. Felt more like a friendly lodge experience than a hotel. Heat didn’t go off when turned down but just opened window. We were close to the elevator so heard that a little before going to sleep. I liked the shower instead of a tub. Lobby prices for food or other merchandise was high: $5 for a small cup of oatmeal. Less than short blocks from the market area.

Loved the room location( over looking mountains and Wenatchee river), fire pit in back was welcoming, the comfort of beds was sufficient(thank you for the extra pillows), I asked for a quiet location for my room and was accodated, parking was easy and convenient!, Staff at booking for room was amazing!

In room:no seating for dine in room options? ( ie. Would be nice to have folding tables or chairs maybe) No coffee options in room??...only tea.. and a heating pot ? There is no need to take up over half the fridge and counter in the micro kitchenette with " mini bar" items that are not asked for..there is little to no kitchen area, so subtract the options and have them sold down stairs instead? the carpet in room was curled in and worn.. staff at the cafe were aloof at times..leaving guests standing around wondering what's going on...

this place was amazing. best pillows and mattress Iv slept on even ordering one for my place and ordering pillows they had to. hammock was amazing in the room. clean bright smelled good. no problems at all. staff was helpful when I asked what kind of mattress it was. check in was easy sent to my phone was able to show up on my time.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
