SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities

Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast included in our cost. Our bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Helpful staff, always hard at work.

Our only complaint would be noisy inconsiderate guests, sounded like little munchkins who apparently couldn't walk down the hall outside of our door without yelling and knocking on doors late at night, uncorralled by their parents. Yes, we are old, but this occurred both nights after 11 pm.

Loved the size of the room, and the local of the room. The location was very easy for me and my family to get in and out of the hotel, with our pet, as well as for finding food, within the area - shopping malls very close by. The bed was very comfortable, and clean. Breakfast - basic still nice for a quick small meal.

I was charged extra for my pet; however, it is not on the booking part when I booked the room, these charges were later added on after the fact, which I was a little surprised by. The most important part was my family was comfortable even the little fury one, a nice place, I would stay again, and I would pay the extra for my pet. I would like to add the pool is very small, however, it is still very nice, we had to wait until people left in order to feel comfortable, because of the pool size. (Picture on the website is not truthful).

The location was very good, even if we drove out of our way off the interstate. It was in a quiet and safe commercial area and near a selection of restaurants. The staff was friendly. The facility is well maintained, clean and looks nice on the inside and outside. The room was very nice, with thick blackout curtains, comfortable beds, good sized mini fridge, microwave, and a nice bathroom with a long counter for all our toiletries. The breakfast was fabulous, with cold cereals, bagels, oatmeal bar, waffle maker, eggs and bacon, and a well stocked refrigerated selection. This hotel was formerly a Best Western, and reflects the level of quality of a good, reputable hotel chain. We saved over $30 on this stay by booking on this website.

We were so impressed by this hotel, I can’t think of a single complaint, other than the fact that we drove out of our way to access it from the highway. But I am glad we did, because it was worth the drive.

our room was immaculate when we arrived. The breakfast hour served our purpose perfectly as I would take my puzzle book to the lobby and have coffee while my granddaughter was able to sleep longer. I enjoyed seeing the hydro race workers who also stayed too. The breakfast offering was perfectly balanced for whatever a person desired

I have no complaints to register here. Everything I saw was done to perfection

My husband has Parkinson's disease and his shaking is pronounced. He asked for help and the lady was so kind and just, shall we say, pampered him to the max. I enjoyed the pool even though smaller than the picture appeared. It was a great way to destress from all the challenges in our life at this time.

Really can't come up with anything except maybe a suggestion to put families with energetic children on lower floors so that when they run up and down the halls it doesn't disturb people who sleep during daytime hours.

It was right across the street from where Mom is staying and was close to lots of restaurants.

It looked like it had been updated, but was not very well done. The lighting in the bathroom was mediocre at best and with the dark walls, it was kind of dingy. Also, all the outlets by the bedside were so loose that they were useless, except for the ones on the clock. And, speaking of the clock, the indicated time was 5 min. slow and there wasn’t any way to adjust it, as far as I could tell.

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Adequate breakfast - nice little pool and fitness center. My room was very clean. I appreciated the sanitizing wipes that were provided and the in room coffee.

It was a little tricky to find using Google Maps. The sign out front is a little muted so keep an eye out, it is up the hill from the Hilton and Springfield Suites. I would have liked a better fresh fruit selection for breakfast. Also the matress was a bit too soft for my taste. I would definitely still stay here again though.

Staff communication didn't seem to be a priority. At breakfast I let the front desk staff know the coffee was empty. I was told more would be right out. The front desk staff continued with their conversation, but I didn't observe anyone being alerted to the coffee issue. It was a good 5 minutes before the coffee was refilled and the employee doing the refill didn't appear to know that it had been an issue and customers were waiting. Just so I'm clear all staff were very courteous.

Great location and nice staff

There maintenance man needs to be fired. All his areas were trashed. He has old pallets and junk stacked around the outside and inside of the outside trash can. dead trees and bushes that need to cut down and thrown away. In my room I had 2 broken plug recipiticals. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is broken which unfortunately the steam has no where to go, the light fixture in the bathroom is broken. The Maintenance man needs to find the touch up paint and fix all the dings and scratches on the property. This a beautiful property that needs to get it together. My room was 212

Room was large. We booked the room with the kitchenette, although we didn't use it, it was nice to have. Place was very clean and the cleaning staff was very responsive. Enjoyed the work out room.

The breakfast food was good, however, after four nights stayed, a variety would have been nice. Hard category because it wasn't that we didn't like the breakfast.
