Motel 6-Everett, WA - North

The front desk agent, Irene, consistently provides excellent and intuitive service time and time again. She is always genuinely kind, professional and efficient. Not just with me. But with every guest she encounters whenever I am in the area of the front office. It is always a pleasure to see Irene. As she reciprocates the feeling back to me. The overnight front desk auditor is also very good. Kind, efficient and makes safety a priority for the guests during her shift. Additionally, she is always totally on top of all last second stay over request I throw at her around 430am. Always makes the effort to keep me in the same room. Which helps clear my mind, and gives me great satisfaction knowing the care-takers of the keys have everything handled when I’m staying focused and in point at the Everett courthouse. I will be back.

At no fault of the hotels. Sometimes non-guests roam around the back of the hotel, and you never know what they are doing. Or what their intentions are. Overnight Security usually takes care of them within minutes.

The graveyard girl staff (she wore a baseball hat and had an accent, I wish I knew her name) we worked with, she was absolutely amazing, so kind and so sweet. She went above, and beyond to make sure that all of our accommodations were met. The manager was above, and beyond what our expectations would be of a manager for a hotel facility. He stopped to talk with us on several diffrent occasions as well with the other guest, and asked us how our stay was. He very understanding when there was confusion on how much the room was for and how many days we had paid for. He was just an all-around good guy, and made our say extremely comfortable. I have to say the grandkids went swimming everyday for several hours. I normally do not like hotel pools but this pool was so clean and so beautifully kept it truly was what made this trip an all around 10 star experience. Thank you all at motel 6 for the memories with a wonderful summer vacation with our grandchild……..we will be back next summer!!

Everything was great!!!

Great location. The freeway is an easy-on/off-simple to use. The room itself is spacious. It's as-built from the 60's with the sink outside the bathroom. The redeeming factor is it's a great place for a coffee maker. There's plenty of room for my wheelchair.

Although beyond the control of Motel 6, the KFC doesn't honor the TV specials and the 2-$6 boxes were $24.74 at the window. Also the Park And Ride next door seems to be a junkie hangout. The Motel 6 needs more handicapped parking in the front. A small refrigerator and microwave would be the only improvement that could be made.

Randi most definitely Tiffany as well. The staff works so well together they're camaraderie there overall everything just works in harmony it's really amazing to watch them I'll never get over it Randi at the front desk is amazing Tiffany as well it's just really amazing to me that there's so much of a difference than motel 6 south which was shameful I think it would make a big difference if motel 6 south got a new general manager who was honest and had compassion for fellow persons it's very shameful that she even is a part of working with the public in any way shape or form it's just shameful. I really think that destiny should be in management for motel 6 south she does all the work there anyway even on our days off she comes in to do the manager's work it was hard for me to watch that so I went to motel 6 north which they could learn a lot from the hotel 6 North...E Koffler

The bed was comfortable, the price was very good, and the staff were very helpful. I felt safe at all times, especially after meeting the armed guard.

Room was too dark; I fixed the desk lamp with a new bulb. Shower head was very short to the floor, very low water floor, alternated hot and cold. Magnetic room keys did not work well until the last one.

I liked the fact that from the moment I arrived at motel 6 Carrie is a wonderful front desk clerk. She had everything under control and not only that but she was very quick with checking me in and helping me get my room. We need more people like her in this world. We stay at this location often, we have a favorite room that the staff is always great about putting us in when it is available.

The water pressure in the sink is really weak and can take a while to get hot. The remote control in more than one room didn't work properly. Not a big deal for either one of those things.

Room Was clean cool And the bed was also clean except there was no TV in the room but everything was cool and we really enjoyed it honestly and the hygiene in the bathroom was fantastic everything was clean and beyond .

Not having TV in the room no slopers in the bathroom not breakfast offered in the morning .

We absolutely loved the price, and the new team is really nice, and knowledgeable.

They didn't have enough towels so that my husband and I could each have our own and have one for the floor to step on. I guess washer broke and other residents were using the laundry room earlier and not enough to go around I guess.....

I liked the staff. Very friendly. I liked how security was very attentive to the parking lot and also the guests. There was a medical emergency in one of the rooms and he had right away got on the phone with 911. He was very friendly and had a great smile. The front desk girls were very nice friendly. The rooms of course were very clean like always especially the bathroom. Again I love a clean bathroom. The housekeepers do a great job. They are what keeps bringing me back.

It started raining and so there were ants. But lucky enough I had spray in the car I had just picked up last week for my house. Also I thought the room came with a refrigerator and microwave but no. It's OK tho we made do
