Best Western Wheatland Inn

I'll be staying here again a few more times. This place is super clean, comfortable, and safe. The check-in experience was easy, and I felt welcomed right away. The staff was extremely friendly and authentic. I especially loved the local artwork. Nice and quiet after 10 pm, our vehicle felt secure with plenty of lights in the parking lot.. Had a soak in the hot tub before going to sleep. Stayed in the suite, it was spacious and had good water pressure on the shower head. The bed was comfortable, maybe on the firm side. Breakfast choices were plenty, I had yogurt with strawberries. The only thing I could possibly think about that could need improvement was the lack of equipment for a proper workout. It just needs weights. I think I will bring my own next time & it will be more than perfect. I'm looking forward to coming back.

The front desk worker was so helpful to me because I was having problems with my bank card and she explained to me what I needed to do and I was able to use my card to work and my two kids were happy at the hotel I will recommend others about the hotel and it's in a good area

There is nothing I can say about the stay I couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel stay I couldn't rate the staff bad because they were all helpful to me and my two kids my car was in a safe place

Overall it’s nice and clean but after check in we found something like feces in the tub and it was dry and when I reported it to front desk while she said “and you have a dog right ?” I was so upset and surprised that they didn’t take responsibility for the problem and tried to blame my dogs. There’s no way my dogs could jump into the tub plus they didn’t even walk into washroom at all. Anyways that was basically the only thing I found unacceptable.

Friendly staff. The location is perfect for our purpose-picture taking. Check out time is noon, which is an hour longer than other hotels. The breakfast time is good, till 10 am. Lots of choices, execptional services.

While many motels offer cold pastries, the Wheatland also offers hot eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage. The breakfast room is bright and cheery. Staff was checking and replenishing food as needed.

The staff was friendly, the place was very clean, there was a tv channel listing, the breakfast was open before I left, parking was easy and nearby my entrance, etc.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. Comfy room and clean, nice local art/photos on the walls. Breakfast was really good, lot of options and we were pleased to see that the hotel doesn’t use disposable plastic cutlery and plates

Everything was perfect

It was wonderful to have breakfast right there beside the lobby! The room was sunny & cheery, and the staff was very pleasant. Food was good, too! The pool was fabulous!!!
