Lakeview Inn Centralia

Very clean rooms; decent shower pressure. I was upstairs so no one overhead. There was plenty of space for my cooler and bicycle that I didnt' want to leave on my car. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. It was very nice to have fridge, coffeemaker, etc. These are all the things that matter; fancy or the most up-to-date furnishings are not important to me.

I definitely heard the freeway. Luckily my earplugs worked well enough and it was kind of white noise when I wanted to sleep. If I'd spent any amount of waking time in the room it might have annoyed me, but I didn't

I stayed here with my son for a basketball tournament. I had read some negative reviews about the lake but I didn’t find that at all. My room was steps away from the lake and the greenery. There was easy backdoor access and large bay windows. A wonderfully serene view. The room was clean, had a larger mini refrigerator so our food/beverages easily fit, microwave, nice coffee set-up, and the little touches in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, make-up remover, hair dryer….The man at the front office was very polite and sociable when I was checking in. The location was perfect for both function (getting to/from the NW Sports Hub) and relaxation (the lake). The price was very competitive as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Inn quite a bit. Certain reviews we read prior to coming had us concerned. Not only were those complaints not experienced, the exact opposite proved true. The facility is older, but very comfortable. We prefer places with character as opposed to the latest cookie-cutter properties with a lot of bells, whistles, and flash, but little substance. The lake view was lovely, peaceful, and serene. The inn was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff was very pleasant (with the exception of the maid who seemed rather unfriendly), and very attentive to our needs. The location was perfect — close to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the freeway. We will absolutely stay here again!

The only thing I can think of that was even remotely negative with our experience is the fact that the stopper for the tub didn’t work — and we wanted to take a bath because the tub was so great — and we wished there had been a hook of some sort in the bathroom to hang robes or clothes. Other than that, great place, great staff, great location, excellent value.

Having stayed at this Inn a number of times, what we appreciate is the consistency. Consistently clean, comfortable and convenient. Consistently friendly and welcoming inn keepers. Consistently fair price. Plus it is nice to have the small lake literally out the back door of the room. A relaxing view! We appreciate being able to park right at the room. Had a great nights sleep thanks to the comfortable beds and cushy pillows.

The hotel was clean and Lake view was really good!

The owner/check in staff was very rude. Mind you they have a check in time ending at 9 pm, which is very wierd. And on top of it the staff sent a message that day and was expecting us to be there by 9pm. I didn't even have my dinner in peace. I had to rush. He was not at all friendly. Other than this part the stay was pretty good and comfortable.

We really liked this place. I loved that the back door looked out on the lake. Very nice, the room was spacious. I ended up in a king size bed, I wasn’t expecting that. I didn’t notice a bunch of riff-raff hanging around. The location perfect for what we were doing.

I was supposed to have a handicap room and it wasn’t!! I spent the weekend not being able to shower. Not pleasant when it was super hot out!!!

Having stayed at the Lakeview previously we booked again. Very clean, refreshed room. We enjoy being close to the lake watching for birds and wildlife. There's a front and back door, meaning you can sit outside and relax. Although close to I-5, highway noise isn't an issue in the room. We enjoyed the adjustable "reading lights" on the headboards. The innkeeper and housekeeper were friendly and helpful.

the room had a lot of electric outlets all over the room. bed was comfy. the room was nice and clean. it has a big table that pulls out and a nice easy chair with an ottoman.. there is a big picture window with a view of the lake. also a back door that goes out to a patio with furniture so you can sit outside and look at the lake.

the tv remote needs to be replaced and there weren’t enough blankets

Comfortable bed. .Nice size room. Lake outside is nice view. Staff very friendly. I booked last minute and arrived after the office was closed. I called the number on the door and the manager arrived quickly and took care of check in cheerfully. There was a fridge, microwave and little coffee maker. All appreciated. Oh and there was a nice deep bathtub!

Would be nice to have a hook or two in the bathroom for towels and clothes. There is freeway noise but it didn't bother me.

Well, I had a fully furnished large room with a view of a lake and I-5. just far enough away for it to be quiet. Large desk for my work, lots of storage, dresser drawers etc, fridge, microwave sat tv, I like being able to judge traffic conditions at a glance. It was very quiet.

There is some construction and the bridge is closed. Not that big of a deal though. Has nothing to do with the motel.
