Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Burlington, an IHG Hotel

Very clean property, pleasant staff, nice breakfast selection.

The facility does not have rooms with 2 beds. Had 1 bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Occupant had to put sheets, etc on the hide a bed. They blame Booking.com with promising something that is not available. Our room was on the 3rd floor and ice machines were only on the 1st and 2nd floors. Elevator broke down and since we are over 80 years old could not climb up 3 flights of stairs so spent and hour in the lobby until the repair was completed.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff at this property are all great! The hotel exceeded my expectations and was spotless. The price was amazing. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The standard continental breakfast with a combination of fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, tea, and fresh coffee. Additionally, there will be butter, jam/jelly, cream, and sugar available. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was terrific. Breakfast was really good. I came just before the end so I wasn’t expecting to see much left, but there was plenty. The bed was super comfortable, and the room looked really clean.

The location is terrific for travelers, but it is pretty close to the railroad tracks, which were busy that night. I could hear the trains throughout the night, but I didn’t think it was too loud. I just happen to work with the railroad, so I might not have booked here if I’d realized how close the property was to the tracks.

Beds were extremely comfortable, Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and polite. The free breakfast was good with a decent variety. We will stay again in the future and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Only complaint is that the rooms towards the freeway have a decent amount of noise from traffic but the other rooms we have stayed in for previous stays you couldn't hear anything.

Very very clean & nice room, great hot breakfast...keurig coffee maker in room & a remote for TV I could figure out! We notified hotel we will have a late arrival which was noted for evening staff. Also...love the Dove products in bathroom

The Maid that cleaned room 323 on 9.3.22 was the Best!!! ever , convenient location , comfortable and Clean !!!

Front desk assistance was exceptional both when I checked in and when I checked out. Very friendly - made the location stand out for me. The hot tub is great! Hot and has powerful jets. Such a help to me since I have arthritis. Scheduling time worked fine & I am just so glad they allowed people to use the pool area!!! Hot breakfast the best! Very well organized & set up in light of Covid restictions.

Queen bed was a little too firm for me. Will try a single king room next time.

Breakfast was good selection and hit food was hot. Spacious room.

Location meant it was noisy at night from road & railway - needs better double glazed windows. Ports for charging on one side of bed didn't work- reported but not fixed.

The hotel was family friendly. The hotel was maintained well and clean. The pool was nice and the breakfast had a lot of choices. The hotel was in a safe area.

Stay here frequently and always are treated very well. Love the staff and the facilities.

A little cheaper would be nice but it's always a good value when we stay.
