Quality Inn South Boston - Danville East

The bed was comfortable, the room did not smell and it was clean. Although it needs attention it is a good place to stay overnight.

The facility is old and needs maintenance. Outside the sidewalk has broken places and it is dingy. The room needed some clean up there was paint missing in the door where it had rubbed away. Updated linens and curtains. The bathtub was worn.

The Check-In Clerk was super nice and professional despite dealing with a loud band in the bar all night, the room was clean. Some of the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had and the breakfast lady who I unfortunately forgot her name was spectacular! Would definitely stay again!

This is our first time traveling booking a hotel. Janet and Mandy were phenomenal. And the lady who did the cooking which I forgot her name she made us feel like family and talk to us.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We will definitely come back.

Nice beds, everything was good in the room. The staff was nice. Big bathtub/shower. Traveled for my husbands work, so it was nice for the week. Close to a gas station and fast food. Has a restaurant connected to it with great food!

Only thing is there was nothing around for me and the kids to do or go to. I even searched for parks and could not find one. I was scared to open my curtains because people kept walking by and staring in my room. We kept them shut the whole time and it was rough because the darkness even with all the lights on. But that’s not the hotels fault just nosy people.

I loved the staff. Jan, Wendy they went out of their way to assist us for ANY NEED. Jan was my TV repair woman. lol. It worked. Their was this young male and African American woman that was dear to us also.

this person would drive right in front of our door at 3am and his speakers just made the entire building move. I must say: the housekeeping guy that also works front desk, spoke with the man. Thank you soooooooo much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was delicious. Customer Service was the best at this Quality Inn. The room was clean but some details were missing in the rooms. Quiet location.

The rooms could be updated. One bathroom needed a toilet paper roller/dispenser. The hotel book in two of three rooms were dirty and sticky. Doors were all difficult to open. The latches on the doors all need to be replaced.

wheelchair accessible room, only negative was one handicap parking space that was taken by another car and not the one associated with our room so we had no where to park and unload close to our room.

Everything . The bed was extremely comfortable , the front desk employees were pleasantly helpful and very nice

Everything was great , there’s nothing to not like about this location and hotel . It was brilliant
