The property was in a good location. It was easy to find and was close to certain amenities.

Nothing. Everything was cool as far as the property. It was Booking.com that was the problem. Originally, I booked the stay and it was placed on hold … only for me to arrive and the property had no record of my reservation. I ended up booking a new stay directly with Hilton Honors. Hilton was great, but booking.com was not helpful at all with fixing the issue. On top of all of this, Hilton Honors beat your rate by $10.

The app I used didn’t include an additional fee of about 15 dollars that was added at check in. Not sure if that’s the hotel or booking.com. Breakfast is in a box, which I appreciate given the current pandemic status. I wish juice was provided rather than just a coffee option.

It’s located right off of 95, and very noisy. This should be expected given the proximity to the interstate. The beds are very hard. The floors and walls are thin, so expect to hear every door shut and toilet flush, along with highway noise.

I have a walker and I didnt have to fight or maneuver to get in the bathroom or around the room.

The mattresses not very comfortable. There was someone's sock on the desk..the entire idea of being physically unable to walk and knowing if the Building were to have a FIRE EMERGENCY I would be trapped without use of an elevator. It amazes me to think that these assessable rooms are sometimes as high as the 4th floor. Love to know who agreed with this concept. Might as well remove the alarms and sprinklers as well..lol

The night clerk/manager was excellent. You need to hold onto her. Room was clean as well as the property also.

Actually, what I did not like had nothing to do with the hotel, but with the local McDonalds and Wendys but that is a different story for a different day.

I wasn’t able to get a smoking room, but was given a great room in a very quiet and convenient part of the building. The curtains are extremely thin. I had to put a blanket over the window.
