Sonesta Simply Suites Hampton

very nice surprise. never heard of them or been here before when it was another owner. love that its spacious. mostly up to date rooms. the bed is to die for, so comfy and soft. I could sleep all day. bathroom is spacious. closet space. great kitchen space with a table and chairs. living room with recliner.

the property is older. need exhaust fan in bathroom. would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom. the appliances look like they are from the 80s except the microwave. could add usb outlets. nice to provide laundry bags to bring to front desk or add a laundry shoot and trash shoot in the halls and pick up station for towels since there is no daily turn down service. I understand why though

The room was extremely nice!! It gave modern day apartment vibes! The hotel itself is nice, the room was clean, the bed was really comfortable 😍 (that's always a big plus for me!) and I felt very safe there. It's really set up to make you feel like your at home. And on top of all of that the hotel Manager was really nice and made sure we felt very welcomed 😊

The only negative is that I guess because of short staff, twice I called down to the front desk and had to go pick up the things that I needed MYSELF, instead of having them brought to me, I actually didn't mind but it was definitely a first but with the shortage of staff, I get it. Also, location is ok but I prefer not to be too excluded from other places so I guess it depends on what you like.

We happened upon this hotel after an overbooking at another, but it far exceeded our expectations. The location was great and the room was much more than anticipated.

The rooms are suites which include a small kitchen with a refrigerator with an ice maker because the hotel does not have ice makers on the floors. The ice maker was loud which was a small disturbance when falling asleep,

Loved the convenience to the venue we were in town for. Great shower pressure and hot water availability, room was actually pretty clean. Staff was polite and welcoming and later check out was highly appreciated. Also, another staff member who was passing through during checkout noticed the long line of people checking out and helped by taking names and room numbers to speed the process along. Great team work

The only negative was that the entry light in our room (302) didn’t work and we had to search for the small trash can for the bathroom (was under the kitchenette sink).

Excellent Room overlooking the small Lake,,On the 3rd floor 321...Super Quiet,Beds Comfy,Nice Full size Fridge and stove. Will Stay here again soon,before the end of summer! Nice Snack Bar downstairs for your morning cup of joe! In my opinion has the Hampton Inn Beat for The Silence & the Rooms! Hampton Inn's are always LOUD,with the morning HERDS going to Breakfast bars at 06:00!! to Feed!!! MOOOOO...... Better Yet Half the Price Also!!!

NOTHING...Perfect-O--

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Property has a beautiful BMP behind it with tables for you to sit at, would have loved to have a room looking out to this instead of a parking lot. Felt safe traveling alone. Plenty of parking. Hotel is in a secluded area with no road noise.

Bed was very uncomfortable, firm but you sank into it at the same time. I had room 218 which is directly over the awning to their entrance. I could constantly hear everyone coming in and out of the building my entire stay, plus if I wanted to open the curtains I had the horrible blue light from the sign pouring into my room. For a hotel not nearly close to full, this room should have NEVER been an option for guests. Water pressure was bad.

Everything from the beautiful view of the pond and dog walk area to the wonderful comfort of the room. They’re dog friendly, and even have doggy bags in a stand for you. The room is very clean and the staff is friendly. Our first night here, the front desk called maybe a few hours into us checking in and asked us if we were settling in okay and if we needed anything. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at and I will be staying here again and anytime I travel.

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. No complaints whatsoever.

It was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I like the kitchen items (fridge, stove, etc). I liked that the laundry was free.

The ice machine didn’t work. I was told that housekeeping puts the dishes in the dishwasher and runs it….and leaves them there for covid protocol. This is fine, but some items were still very dirty.

The bed was very comfortable, shower was awesome. And they had free laundry!

I didn't like the fact my room was literally right in front of the office I felt like a teenager when mom say "leave your bedroom door open when you have company"

I love everything about this hotel! rooms are nicely decorated -bed and pillows comfortable- window overlooking trees - CLEAN ! I love the pond in the back and they even had really comfy outdoor chairs to sit in ! kitchen and bathroom very nice also .
