All that I answered on the previous screen - check in, breakfast, cleanliness, all was great.

I assumed I got fresh towels daily and garbage would be emptied. And I never could get the wifi to work. Not a deal breaker for me, but frustrating when I thought it was available.

Loved the setup, loved that soaps and shampoo etc were in large easily accessible containers. Nice hotel, great location, great staff

The shower had only 2settings, hot to extreme hot. Could not take a shower. Meant to share that. I think it was room 320. But definitely the 3rd level

Check in staff was not educated how to do check in of online booking. she lost our reservation, then found it. (weird) Then I called booking.com and they said you were overbooked.. which wasn’t true either. This ended up in us being refunded. We didn’t pay for our stay because of improper training

Very clean. The staff let me check in earlier than the listed check in time. I didn't realize we arrived so early until we got into the room and realized that they never made a fuss about us even checking in earlier, that was really nice.

The hot breakfast and the hotel staff was very nice. We had to wash some clothes and the lady at the front desk had change. The gym is located next to the pool and was really clean.

The property is conveniently located for our needs when traveling. Even knowing the issue I don’t like below we would stay here again.

The shower floor in Room 102 has a functional problem. This is the second time I’ve been in this room and the shower doesn’t drain properly. It literally drains into the whole bathroom floor. This is a handicapped room, it’s a real slip and fall issue for me so I didn’t shower this time knowing the problem.

Great staff, breakfast, rooms etc. We had stayed here the week before and arrived late with our room not ready/clean and Heather at the front desk had to do three jobs that night including cleaning our room at 11:00 pm. She was such a gem and we so appreciate her above the top help and service. The manager was great at discounting our stay for the issue and we wanted to support this hotel for all the great customer service so we made sure to rebook at this location on our way back to Colorado. 5 stars all the way, thank you all so much and many blessings!

Very clean, loved the zen like order with all things purposefully placed.

Like many fine places there was know way to see my hair style in the back of my head. Simple inexpensive placement of a rear view mirror could alleviate this issue????

Decent location for our road trip. Clean, nice room and breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

It was a little hard to get the door to latch. Had to slam it. I think other people may have had the se problem cause we heard a few doors slam. But this little issue wouldn't keep us from booking again.

Check out time. Pool, Hot tub were clean and working. Breakfast time and food are fantastic.

I had to vacuume my own room and wipe handles down, including the remote control.

The room was clean and contemporary. Staff were friendly and helpful. The exercise room was useful.

Handicapped parking seemed insufficient. Was overpriced for the location.
