The staff was amazing! They made us feel welcome and comfortable! The room was cozy. It slept 4 adults comfortably. It was lovely to have a balcony to sit out and enjoy the View of the beautiful mountains. YOTEL Pad is a great location tucked in canyons resort. It was a great stay at a great price! We loved being able to go on a hike right from the hotel.

The parking was a little crazy. Sometimes having to do valet. I would prefer just having a parking tag and parking my own car.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Game room was fun for whole family. The pool was actually heated to a very comfortable temperature. A lot of outside space. The kitchen had everything-microwave, stove top and all necessary pots and pans and tableware. Parking on site. Location is close to the mountain and restaurants.

Room is small, but has a great cooking facility.

the property was located in a great area! staff was extremely nice! We stayed on the first floor and had access to the patio from our room, it was very quiet! the bunk beds were perfect for the littles! The gym was clean and the hot tub was perfect! The resort was not sold out which made the space comfortable!

upon arrival they charge a resort fee that we were not informed about! I asked to have the trash taken out daily and it was not done and when I asked for extra towels instead of dropping them in the room they place them on the floor outside the door.

I like that there is a kid play room. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful views.

The walls are very thin. First night heard constant noise from the room above until 12:30PM. We did contact the front desk around 11PM and they said they'd try to call the room that was making noise. Switched room for the next (with a fee for an upgraded room in hopes it would be more quiet) night and heard more noise in the room next to us that the bed is against until 10PM. Location is good. There is nothing within walking distance but everything is a short, scenic car ride away.

I wanted a little stay-cation for me and my boys and ended up bringing my parents too. I just wanted a lace the boys could swim and play and that's what we got. It was perfect for our purposes but I can see if u were to be mountain biking or skiing it would've fit those purposes as well. I wish we would've booked two nights.

Great location and service. Clean, modern room with great pool/hot tub.

We have stayed in this hotel twice now and I wish they had black out curtains on the window. The roller shade does not do a sufficient job, so you end up waking up with the sun.

Location is awesome you are right on the mountain so you can go biking, go on hikes, etc. you are close to tons of places to eat as well. The rooms are minimalistic and modern which we loved. The room has tons of cabinet space and had great amenities and appliances.

Only downsides was that our TV was locked to cable only even though it is a smart TV. We called the front office to see if we could screen mirror or if we could get Netflix on way or another and we were told that since the hotel was new that they were still working on the internet access to the TV which stinks but isn’t that big of a deal. The other thing is that the pool is tiny and you have to reserve a spot before going down and you can only stay for an hour at a time. Even without COVID restrictions I don’t see them being able to hold more than maybe 25 people at the pool comfortably. Besides those two things our stay was great, the staff was great and helpful. We would definitely come back and it was well worth the money. Thank you YOTEL!

The hotel room was very nice and clean it wass a little small for more than two people. But it had everything necessary for someone to stay for an extended period of time.

In the morning I could hear other guests moving around and or getting ready to leave. Doors opening/closing people walking back and forth.

Love everything about this facility Especially al the cool and fun activities they had on site for families

Large screen TV's with easy method to connect other devices. Full kitchen, pool, hot tub, close to Canyons and Park City. Cool bunk beds that hide and pull down guest bed in living room. Very clean and nice.
