Holiday Inn Express Heber City, an IHG Hotel

I arrived about an hour before the official check-in time and the front desk was able to get me into a room early. I really like the fact that the property had an elevator as my room was on the 3rd floor and I would have had to make three trips up to the room if it hadn't been for the elevator and baggage cart. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. There were ample electrical outlets throughout the room which was very convenient for plugging in and charging my various devices. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I had a great night of sleep. It was also great having a laundry on my floor as well. The little snack shop next to the check-in desk was great as I was able to purchase a vitamin water on-premises.

I can't think of a thing. I was very pleased with my stay at this property and I will definitely book a room with them in the future.

Pool was very nice. This is the single most important thing for my children. Pool area was clean and had plenty of towels for the guests. We got there about 45 minutes early before check in but the room was clean and ready for us which made it nice because one of my children was in desperate need of a nap. Breakfast was very nice. I loved the automatic pancake maker which keeps the mess down when children like mine try and make their own pancakes.

The breakfast wasn't up to par. We have stayed at the Heber City Holiday Inn Express about 7 times in past years and the hot breakfast with fresh fruit was something we always could count on.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. The beds were super comfy and the hotel smelled nice as well. The 11 am check out time was fantastic.

The staff at the breakfast was pretty grumpy and bossy. She was not very nice to my girls and could have used better manners even though she was having a rough day.

The front desk staff was very courteous, helpful and kind. They greeted you and wished you a good day and that was a wonderful start to our busy day. The breakfast was fresh and tasted great! The rooms were top notch and very clean. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

Loved the pool. The rooms are extremely spacious. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Asked for rooms to be close together at first they were 2 floors apart. But then it was fixed so they were only a few doors down. Thank you for making that accommodation

I wasn't thinking about the whole Covid thing, so breakfast was a pretty big bummer. Last time we stayed it was an amazing spread. This time pre-packaged dry biscuits with egg(it just would have been nice to know that before going). I understand it's a safety thing, maybe on the website something could be mentioned about that.

The room was nice, it had a fridge, microwave, and a Keurig, it was clean and stocked. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful

The only thing I didn't like was trying to figure out the TV, they just did an upgrade and didn't have a channel guide.

Breakfast was good with lots of options, the pool was fun and the staff was great.

The pool could have been warmer but my kids still had a lot of fun. We stayed for three nights and noticed there were some spills in the elevator that didn't get cleaned up for the full 3 days we were there. Our room was very clean though.

The owner cares and takes pride and it shows in that the staff is very welcoming and helpful and the accommodations are in tip top shape. One of the most comfortable stays on our 1500 mile trip! The breakfast bar was very good, as well.

The entrance and exit are hard to maneuver in the busy intersection and it is poorly marked.

The staff was amazing. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in. She explained 3 workers had called in sick. She promptly reassigned us to a new room. Every time we went through the lobby she would ask if we needed something to make our stay more comfortable. In a situation where she could have easily been frustrated or grumpy, she worked hard to make sure our stay and comfort was the best it could be.
