SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston The Woodlands

The location, hotel and rooms were truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations! What a beautiful hotel this was with stunning surroundings as well. We truly enjoyed our stay very much!

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, no bacon or much meat varieties and also not many pastry varieties either, would've been nicer if it was a fuller breakfast with more options to choose from. Otherwise the breakfast was okay, Thank you!

Size of room was great. We had an issue with some lights that didn't work, but that was taken care of by the next day. Staff was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable, love the split bathrooms.

Bathroom - no towel bars!! One hook doesn't dry out a wet bath towel, yet you expect guests to be "green" and reuse their towels. Give us a place to hang them up!! Breakfast was just okay - scrambled eggs every morning got old. Some hash browns and biscuits would have been a nice addition. One morning there were no strawberries. The later hours for breakfast on Saturday were a problem, so we had to go out to eat. We saw many people in the area waiting for breakfast to start (and it was late being put out).

easy accessible to The Woodlands Mall, Restaurants, Freeway!! The Amenities were great, especially the breakfast, just which the hours were extended until 10 am instead of 9:00 am ..

I would love it if there was an heated pool or even a hot tub or sauna on site. Maybe a small group of musicians during happy hour to entice more tourists as well as your guests to join in unwind, while listening to great music and spending more money on drinks or even fingers food snacks. sounds like more revenue coming in for your hotel chains every where !!!

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. There was only 2 rolls a quarter full for the two days we stayed. It was far from where we were visiting but was pretty much the closest to where we did visits. The parking is not the greatest especially for trucks. There were only a couple of spots left to park when we arrived.

The bed was very comfortable. The coffee pot was nice to have. Definitely a large enough room.

1. The curtain did not keep out the outside night light and it was almost like daylight inside the room. 2. Right above where the shower pan meets the tile there was black and pink mold. 3. Breakfast --- for the most part it was good, except the eggs tasted like plastic. Waffles were ok, just a little tough. Sausage patties were not really tasty.

it was clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was good.

Paid parking. It seemed a bit ridiculous. There was plenty of it, it wasn’t under cover and it wasn’t as though anyone except for hotel guests would park there. It was a money grab.

I loved the size of the room (2 queens, sofa bed). I loved the pool with the splash pad for the kids with the free pool noodles.

Don’t really have any constructive feedback. Maybe daily housekeeping but that’s hard to maintain at the price point.

whenever we visit the Woodlands, Texas, Springhill suites is first on our list. In fact, though we stay at many hotels throughout the year all across the US, this is our favorite place. Everything is ergonomically in its right place, quiet, clean, excellent water pressure for showers...too many particulars to mention are spot on for the weary traveler. thanks for just being there!

The hotel exceeded our expectation! The room was spacious. The breakfast was superb! Everything was tasty and fresh! There is plenty of parking places and it is close to Market Street! If we are in the area we will definitely stay here!

The bathroom had a sliding door and it wasn't closing good. You had to keep it closed while you are doing your business.

It was easy to access. The property was clean and welcoming. The staff were all super friendly. The bartender, Jackie, was amazing! Very outgoing and was excellent at making drinks, which kept us there enjoying our evening instead of going out for drinks.

The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It was not very comfortable. Hard.
