Solare Garden Villa #7730

It was spacious and pool was great. Location was great. Spectrum on Demand.

Plumbing. One bathroom wouldn’t flush. Top bathroom facet at sink would fall off. Kitchen facet kept turning on by itself. It was a room for 10 but didn’t have towels for 10. There wasn’t enough paper towels, soap for sink or trash bags.

David was very nice and helpful close to beach

It was very nice and clean. Super great location, too!

Missing some necessary items such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels.

The room was fairly sized and the air conditioning was very cold. All of the amenities were fairly close and within good reach. The resort offered many good choices for activities to do especially for the price.

Although the view was gorgeous there were many potential danger hazards. For one the stairway broke with my wife and nephew and although they didn't get hurt, both were sore for days. Also the door handle for the second bedroom has broken spikes and almost cut my hand while trying to open it. When sanitizing the room many cockroaches were found and some of the sheets had stains. Once again although the view was amazing and everything was nice there were many potential reasons for my family and I getting hurt. We alerted the security at the door but it had already caused the damage to the family trip.

Room and location are amazing. Pool/Hot Tub were great, temperature controlled, with no chlorine. Easy check-in, easy to get in and out of facilities. Recommend for groups of friends or large families.

Had a bit of a bug problem in the room. As we were on the third floor, it tells me there's a nest. Small bugs, not a huge problem. Also an odd assortment of kitchenware, could benefit from being more uniform.

The grounds were very well kept, Our villa not so much. I have already contacted someone about broken window, faulty toilets and faucets and the smell in one of the bathrooms.

It seems we got the worst villa because of all that was wrong with it.

The apartment or villa was nice but unable to accommodate all the guests.

Lady down stairs said we where loud the night we just got there but it was that we had coolers to drag all the way up pliz when I book it was supposed to be right infront of the beach and not in apartment 3 floor for 900 dollars

the property was not cleaned, lots of broken furniture, the carpet was dirty and smelled funny
