Breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. The front staff was responsive and friendly as well as the maintenance person

I expected more toiletries like either larger or two shampoos for two people. There was no hand lotion or conditioner. The A/C keep making alot of noises all the time. The ice vending machine did not work on all floors. The ice bucket in the rooms was just plastic, no insulation and the ice melted very fast. The tissue dispenser was just about empty when we arrived and the tub drain was clogged.

Great location, close to everywhere we went, great service, great hot breakfast buffet, different selections every morning, great pool and hot tub, pool was not too deep for kids and hot tub was very relaxing next to pool, room was clean and ready when we arrived, easy quick check in and check out, convenient lobby market wasn't crazy expensive.

The room was slightly smaller than we thought it would be, the a/c didn't cool as much as it was suppose to, we would need to have it at 63 or so to feel that it was cooling enough, and the last thing was that although the hotel page said daily housekeeping, they only do housekeeping on the third day of your stay, hotel changed the daily policy after the pandemic to every third day of your stay, but if you need clean linens, toiletries, trash pickup, etc, it's available upon request.

The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. I spoke with 3 different people at the front office and all were kind. I spoke with several staff at breakfast who were just as kind. They kept the breakfast area clean and tidy no matter who many people made Texas waffles and spilled syrup. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The AC worked great since we all live on the sun here in Texas! Bathroom was very clean and the entire room smelled fresh.

The only negative I have of our overall stay is that there was minimal food for people with Diabetes. My daughter is diabetic and other than eggs and sausage links there was not much else for her to eat. I am in no way asking for you to cater to all the different dietary needs just maybe look into different foods for those who are on select diets due to different disabilities.

The room was large, nice desk and chairs. Bed was very comfortable. A/c worked great. TV also includes cable channels!

I don't like it when the bed is right next to the PTAC (air condition) near the head of the bed because the cold air blows right on you. Better to have the bed further away from it or near the foot of the bed. It was also annoying that bathroom door opens towards the entrance door. Bathroom counter is very small. Breakfast is included and was typical for free hotel breakfast.

The staff were very pleasant. It was a stressful situation as their new computer system had a glitch. However, they kept us informed and were pleasant throughout even when they had unpleasant guests who were waiting for their rooms. The room was very clean and they provided a variety of options for breakfast.

The delay in getting checked in. However, it wasn't the hotel employees' fault, it was the new computer system.

At night after a long day the family and I would sit by the pool and unwind.

the vents in the bathroom were very dusty and there was alittle rust around the vents. I called the front desk at 10am for some towels I was told that someone would take them to our room , we returned from six flags around 7pm and still no towels ( my daughter was in the room working) she said no one knocked to drop off clean towels.

Everything was good.

While checking out, I was a disappointed with the employees from this morning. I witness bad customer, disrespect, and discrimination. They treated a family horrible while others were treated the best customer service and respect. I believe no one should leave unhappy. I don’t think that those employees should be working in job that requires a good customers.

Overall good experience. Great location for what we needed, staff was great, facility was neat and clean, beds were comfy. Two room suite worked great for family.

The hot tub jets don’t work, rooms have a bit of a musty smell, the sleeper sofa bed is ATROCIOUS. It was a safety concern for our toddler. Completely caved in and springs exposed.

Location is good, not too far away from shopping centers but far enough to not have ridiculous traffic. Clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast was great and there's SEVERAL waffle makers so there's no huge wait for one. Room was fantastic. What I got for what I paid exceeded my expectations.

The shower backed up after a little bit.
