Cleanliness of the Hotel grounds

After booking my stay I requested a early check-in by phone and email if it was possible since i only was staying a couple of hours and after driving 10 hours me and my wife was only going to use the room for a couple of hours to rest while the kids was at Fiesta Texas no one got back with me. We arrived at 12 noon and I walked in and spoke with the receptionist he really didn't care and acted as if I was bothering him especially since they already had my money and I understand that check-in is at 3pm but I was hoping that they would have tried to accommodate my request...

Home2 Suites By Hilton at the Rim is a gem. When we first stayed there, they only had breakfast to go. Now, they have buffet breakfast, real milk containers, orange infused water and coffee flows 24/7 (which is increasingly becoming hard to find these days). Check out is 12pm and late check out is 1pm! - something else that is disappearing. The hotel is very clean. The saltwater pool music is great. Above all the rest, the staff is awesome!

If I had to pick something- price. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything from booking to staff to rooms location to six flags and everything was perfect rooms were big will definitely be booking here again soon what was nice too is its pet friendly

I liked the spaciousness of the room. The common areas were very clean.

The ice machine on our floor did not work. The elevator made a loud noise. The front desk personnel told me that a work ordered had been submitted but did not know when the elevator would be worked on. The breakfast could have offered more variety in food choices. The eggs were watery. I skipped the breakfast offered.

People above us were really loud kids running and dropping things on the floor at 1 am . . . But that's not the hotels fault.

We were here for a birthday staycation, and the staff were so sweet. Breakfast had grab-n-go options in addition to the usual. Outdoor pool was heated. The kitchenette had everything you need to turn take-out/leftovers into a cozy in-room meal. Shower was spacious and amazing!

The bed was just a little on the hard side for us, but that's literally the only complaint we had about the whole stay.

If you would change the sausage products to Jimmy Dean or Owen's, just a suggestion. I heard people saying in Spanish, what is this to each other. everything else is great.

Absolutely loved the location at The Rim. Right by several shops and restaurants. Very Close to La Cantera shops and restaurants and Fiesta Texas. Hotel was clean..offered wifi Not overly crowded and loud. Love, love the accommodations of the suite with comfy king bed, living area with pullout sofa bed and mini kitchen with microwave, sink and fridge

No room cleaning, towels changes available unless it’s extended stay of 4 days or more🥴or upon special request. Definitely not use to that. Free buffet breakfast was nice but breakfast was not great. Staff we saw and dealt with at front was okay. Not rude but not inviting either, pretty nonchalant mostly.

The breakfast was enough and tasty except for the coffee. The coffee was very hot but not flavorful. The location was excellent.

There was no shower gel in the complimentary toiletries. The towels were clean but stiff and not fluffy.

Their breakfast is one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. It was quiet and very clean. All employees we came into contact were helpful and friendly. It was in a great location. They was Target 2 minutes from us and several restaurants to choose from within 5 minutes.

The fire alarm went off twice in one day. One of the times in the middle of the night. However, they said it was an issue and it was fixed the next day. This only happened for one day of our stay.
