The hotel staff were polite and professional. The few booths just outside the dining area were a nice option for a bit of privacy and provided charging stations. There are ample parking spaces.

When we checked in our room was still occupied with clothes out and suitcases on the bed. On one day during our stay we were not able to enter from one of the side entrances with our room key. Another guest was having the same issue. We had to walk around to the front of the hotel to enter. However management was very quick to apologize, address and correct these issues.

Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, staff was great and super nice. They made sure our room was ready upon our late check in with two kiddos. Laundry room was nice and clean, ice machines all working.

We didn’t realize we had to ask for cleaning service until our second day and we had a mound of towels but when we were told they kindly followed us up to take the dirty towels and leave fresh ones.

We loved the breakfast, it’s very convenient. Everything was clean for the most part, the hotel had things we didn’t think to bring. Other guests staying there were very nice. It was a nice little drive to the beach, definitely will come back.

The lock in our room was very hard to close, kinda scary if an emergency would of happened.

it would be nice if they had a room with different mattress types. the one we stayed in the bed was pretty hard, I like a little less firm bed. also we stayed 7 days and room service only came by once. they only replaced the toilet paper, napkins, towels, and emptied the trash, nothing else.

Staff was great , good location

The pool had green algae inthe bottom of the pool . And housekeeping it took us three days for two of our rooms to get clean. I think they were short staffed.

didn’t provide daily room cleaning service. a COVID hangover!! coffee wasn’t 24/7. several times I got some it was cold. one desk attendant said, “I haven’t made it yet” but it had been that way for a couple hours

The breakfast was awful, I brought my mother for a little stay back in June and she tried the breakfast one morning and that was it, we went out to eat breakfast. Maybe instead of offering breakfast just give a discount in the room pricing.

Everything, it was very clean, it smelled good, the food during the breakfast was tasty and warm, the pool was great after spending the day at the beach, the wifi was fast, I loved our room which was clean and fresh!! Our overall experience was exceptionally good!!

They're shorthanded, on Saturday night it was only one person doing the job of the whole staff!! But on the bright side, even tho he was overwhelmed with work he never lost his smile, he was kind and polite the whole time! His name is Julian!!

The property was laid out nice, loved the Convenience of the coffee & tea bar, loved the breakfast room & buffet layout, area to purchase snacks was very convenient and the rooms were clean & nice!!

The rooms were decently sized. Breakfast as okay. The location was good in reference to the beach. Some nice features like swivel TV and bright lights, the bathrooms were a good size at least in the the suite.

Not a family friendly as they portray. It was decent though. Security was good as far as key cards and things like that. Wasn't a fan that our whole party was separated by floors when we asked to be close together.
