great location great hot breakfast including eggs omelets and sausage! indoor pool was clean and warm they provide pool towels!

the employee was rude and slow. she was unloading chairs from tables when I got there to check in. instead of stopping and assisting me she made me wait until she was done cleaning and working in the dining room. last time I checked you don’t make guest wait while you do your side work. I don’t mind waiting a min but i was literally left at the counter for 7 mins while she did other crap. not only did she make me wait then when she finally walked over to the counter she was rude and short and you could tell she was just another lazy worker who wanted to make sure everyone knew she didn’t want to be there. annoying to be inconvenienced because she’s too lazy to do her job. and it’s not even a hard one smh

Breakfast was good, location was excellent. Well lit parking area. Very clean. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable .

The key card system was down and for awhile customers were unable to get key cards and had to be let into their rooms by an employee. Could happen anywhere. Saw one cockroach even though everything was very clean.

The suite was very large and accommodating. The Breakfast was fantastic. The staff was warm and courteous. If I travel that way again. I will most likely stay there again.

A fellow guest had their work truck broken into. Evidently this is a re-occurring problem as they have signs all over the place to remove valuable, hide your stuff, and lock your vehicles. Also signs that they are not responsible for stolen items or damaged vehicles. But then again, this is a suburb of Austin, the Sodom and Gomorrah of Texas.

Was decent facility and fairly good breakfast

Was trying to extent my stay and the staff gave me a rate which later-on increase it. Communication between the front desk and the owner is bad.

Nice, clean room that smelled good! Comfy bed and pillows! What a great breakfast! Indoor hot tub was the perfect temperature! Friendly staff!

Everything was perfect except there was no movie channel! I wanted to sit in the hot tub, shower and then watch a movie and relax but the motel only had basic cable and no movie channels. That was very disappointing.

Very impressed with the size of our King/handicapped room- very impressed.

Front desk was not familiar with meeting room arrangements. We had to set up our own tables/ chairs…momentary inconvenience but not really a problem.

I was surprised at how nice it was. It was very clean as well. Breakfast was also very good with many options to choose from.

The pool has WAY too much chlorine. You can smell it from the hallway. The ice machine on the third floor also had mold. We didn’t consume it but it also didn’t interrupt our stay.

Parking was a challenge since the hotel is next to 3-4 restaurants so many of the people eating out will park in the hotel parking lot

Young man at the front desk was from same town as us. He talked to my husband and I for a while and was so pleasant. We woke up for breakfast and he went home and came back early. Still nice and talked to us. Saw manager or owner not sure which. Breakfast was nice and the beds comfortable. I enjoyed the bath and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be back to watch grandson play ball!

Covid rules being blasted everywhere. It’s time to move on

We enjoyed the ability to be right next to our other family members and we had the home feel with the connecting doors being open.

Lack of breakfast options. We could only find coffee, which was great by the way however the only thing we could find in eye view was the Texas shaped waffles. Maybe a little bit more options and make the size of the area bigger for more access to the items.
