Stayed once before my favorite hotel so far in midland while i visit family. next time i stay i will try to get a room on the 5th floor.
nothing too big of a deal but there was crushed up beer cans under my bed. couldnt see it unless you got down on the floor.

Greetings from staff, housekeeping short staffed, were still everywhere wiping down front plate glass, elevators etc. Lovely, comfortable, spacious room and bath. New sheer screens on pulleys, and room darkening, too. Happy hour at bar with modified dining menu, Lupe did the chef proud!
The location seemed to be surrounded by industrial businesses. This was on the edge of that. Awesome bathroom had weak shower floor (creaked) with a shower surround that seemed like it wasn't strong enough for lovely thick glass door enclosing walk in shower.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't noisy, bed was comfortable. Was clean for the most part.
Could use some new duvets, curtians that closed would have been nice. bathroom needed some matenince basic upkeep would keep it a nice place.

The Street to get Into the Hotel was closed...there could been some communication on the website. Had to go an extra mile to get in the back way

Sloppy, indifferent housekeeping. Rooms poorly cleaned. Restaurant staff's mask not covering nose & mouth.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was good. It was a little isolated, but it looks little or the area is developing.
The only thing that could have been better would be to have coffee cups for the in room coffee maker. A continental breakfast would be nice.
