Best Western Plus Lake Worth

It’s close to a supermarket, restaurants, cafe, and a movie theater. The beds are comfortable and the room (suite) spacious. The fitness room was adequate, in a good way.

No plant-based milk or other vegan options at breakfast. We realize this is probably the norm in Texas. We were able to purchase plant-based milk and yogurt at the nearby supermarket. Also, on the second day of our four night stay we indicated that we wanted housekeeping service by not putting out the privacy tag on the door. When we returned later that day we saw that they had taken our used towels but did not replace them, nor had they cleaned the room (emptied wastebaskets, etc.) which we had left very tidy. The front desk staff quickly provided towels and apologized for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. The wide variety of choices meant everyone could choose their favorite foods. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff was attentive and present. We could always find an employee to assist with our every need. The Desk Clerk was the best we have ever worked with. We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews and the stay was everything we were promised. We highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

There was one employee there that was Rude, Nonprofessional, and condescending! She was a young woman with long dark hair, who always had a laptop in her hand. Reading the other feedback, I'm sure the negative reviews were talking about her.

We arrived late our booking was a last minute pick. I somehow didn't expect anything. We were met by a friendly face, paperwork took a minute. Perfect as we were tired. A friendly face is all it takes to make you feel comfortable in an unknown area. Breakfast was nice and the lady who was on charge of breakfast was friendly too. Other hotels can learn from this place. This hotel knows what it takes to make people feel at home.

The airconditioning made weird and loud noises.

Very clean comfortable rooms. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. We changed rooms at my request because I discovered I needed a handicapped room. They were very accommodating. This is our second visit to this location and would not hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend.

Not a thing

Friendly staff and very clean property. The room was comfortable and there were no smells or odors which is good since so many hotels have strong odors that they may use to cover up other possible issues. Owner was there each morning and helping with breakfast. He was super helpful and attentive to the guest.

I like the room, grocery store across the street & free breakfast that had eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffle, etc.

Toilet was too low (knee issues). I will ask for accessible room next time.

Convenient to everyone I was there to visit and plenty of food and gas places. Close to highway for going and coming.
